I have been having the same thing happen when I search through my active listings. I typed tie. So all my ties and tie clips should have come up. Only some of my ties and zero tie clips. Even though I have over 20 tie clips listed. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s funny this kind of stuff doesn’t happen on other platforms. eBay seems to act like it’s their first rodeo every day. I wish they would get back to basics and GET it together.

I've had 4 ended items get relisted and sell immediately this past month. It's a pain, but there is a way to avoid getting dingged. Email the buyer. Let them know there is a glitch, and the item they purchased was relisted by the eBay bots in error. The item had been sold or donated and ended in the previous months. Ebay and sellers are working on a remedy but in the meantime, we apologize that this item is not available however if there is anything else you'd like in the store for the same price and approximate shipping, we'd be happy to end that item and send it as a replacement (keep all messages about that) OR we can submit a full refund if YOU'D LIKE TO CANCEL. Almost always they cancel, at their request. No ding.
I often have the spinning When loading pictures-got up and made lunch one time and returned it was still spinning. Got out of it and everything was fine. Have been having the search problem for a long time. Today tried to bring up four listings of different year same model item to combine into one listing and search brought up things in my store not at all related to my search words. Kept trying adding and removing key words and finally succeeded. I doubt customers will try a search several ways for an item.
Is there a way to save the info/pictures from several current listings and combine them into one listing? Without doing screen shots ending all listings and relisting one with new quantities pictures & info.

I ship on FB Market place and do ok. 5% fee of the sale not on tax and shipping. Easy platform, not a fan of local sales but have done them.
The number one sign that Ebay has very poor software development hygiene is that they fix one thing and break five. At this point, Ebay needs to just start over again. Cassini has just gotten out of control. I've proven to myself that Ebay doesn't really know how Cassini works. If that sounds insane, I've seen that same situation first hand. It happens because of high turn over and/or poor processes. The more changes they make, they worse Cassini gets. The days before Cassini were much better. The other issue is the seller to buyer ratio. It's getting worse and worse. They need to put a ton of money into getting new buyers but they've given up on that completely.
When I'm creating a listing and a photo spins instead of loading, saving it as a Draft usually retains most of my info. If I refresh the page, information is almost always lost. In particular, the description.
Yeah, I've had the search issue now for about 3 weeks. I've called them many times. What's weird, if you ask them to do the same search for "lights" they can see all your listings with that keyword. Sad to say, I'm glad everyone else is noticing this because I felt like the odd man out when I mentioned this weeks ago. Hopefully they'll actually fix it soon because it's a real problem for my daily workflow. Have a great weekend!
Also, I've had the same issue when uploading photos. A trick that has worked for me, let them all load before you try to rearrange them.
My main issue with ebay right now is invoicing, ebay limits an invoice to 40 items, shopping carts to 100 items, for me i can sell up to 200 items to one buyer on a single purchase. Totally annoying to my customers and "in my opinion" a total lack of understanding of their own business. Have you guys come into this issue, also anybody reading this, do you ever break selling more then 40 items to a single person at one time?
Note on the seller with 30k listings, when you have inventory of each item, it never shows duplicate sales when you check that sellers sold items. Say I sell 8 "lights" which all came from the same listing, when I check my stores sold items it'll only show 1 of those for that day.

I love the replays but the commercials every 30 seconds is making it difficult to watch
In the past 2 months, I went from 60,000 impressions to over 1.1M. This week I have had a whole 4 sales. Over 2300 listings. Tell me my items are actually put on a server that is put for people to view. I am so glad I started listing on Poshmark. I don't get a lot of sales over there, but eBay goes downhill every time they do an update. Not only are we losing money but so is eBay. Oh, wait. They aren't. They are just raising the fees. I am thinking of contacting them and trying to find out why. I don't even get views on items before they get relisted. Frustrating.
Just FYI I’ve sent out offers and not had a sale from one.. I watched a cardigan and seller sent me an offer which I went to except and I couldn’t open to except! So that’s the issue!!! If you are wondering 🤷🏻♀️ the offer has only come to my email not eBay app..
Thank you, I live in Ohio and this was the first i heard of sellers selling over a certain amount to have a license, I can see Ohio lowering te amount and going after all online ebay and mercari sellers.
