Cursed Seal is a good card, but it's a weird inclusion given most spells in the the Speed Duel GX box are "one offs". Either Konami wanted an excuse to reprint it, or they think people will still do competitive speed duel.
I notice Behold Gate Guardian is buffed, quite a bit, from its Duel Links counterpart. That says a lot about how bad that was there. (actually, most of the skills seem to be powerful so they can force GX's weird decks to work)
