  1. How about a little MOAR LOAR:

In the Silmarillion, the Dwarves of Belegost had armour so hardy and war masks so fierce that they could endure the dragonfire of Galurung, sire of all dragons (who made Smaug look like a joke) while the Noldor Elves- who had seen the Light of the Two Trees- could not. Their Prince Azaghâl was mortally wounded by Glaurung, but took out a plain old knife of Dwarven steel and stabbed his killer so horribly that Galurung had to run away from the battlefield whimpering in pain.

After the First Age, no reference to the battle-panoply and war-masks of the Dwarves is heard, and they suffer repeatedly at the hands of the 'Great Worms of the Withered Heath'.

It is not known why they stopped manufacturing this miraculous armour, but the Song of Durin might reveal the reason why- 'The World is grey, the Mountains old, the Forge's fire is ashen-cold'. As Magic fades from the world, so too does the craft of the Dwarves, who are the most tied to Arda's fate of all the races. A fading folk, their works can no longer match their lost glory in the First Age.

  2. Ruud please give your thoughts on The Rings of Power! I'm sure most would enjoy hearing your opinion on it.
I for one have really enjoyed it. I just hope they keep all the story lines going nicely and don't Game of Thrones 2.0 themselves 😀
