  1. So, a guy that has an extensive criminal history, someone that probably should have been locked up still, will now apparently be locked up for what he's done now? How about california stop letting these criminals out with a slap on the hand, and maybe, just maybe, these 3 beautiful souls would still be with their beautiful family's today….it's sad to see that it took this tragedy to happen to go on t.v and say that he will finally go to prison. California you are a joke…

  2. Maybe we need a law where if anyone on probation does a crime and gets convicted, the judge and prosecutors that allowed for the probation should also be liable if not also criminally guilty.

We need some accountability up in here.

  3. I am sure he was in a hurry at 5 AM to his job at the Aerospace Corporation in El Segundo, revoke his probation and make him serve in full his original sentence for murder.

  6. and out on bond for murder but his real mistake was this vehicular speeding and killing is "100% prison" โ€” which begs the question "Ryan Moreno", this could have been avoided it he was not out on probation… who is the judge that releases while waiting for trial? Should have been kept in jail while waiting for court appearance.

  8. Why hasn't his mugshot been blasted yet? Why does Los Angeles, one of the most wrought crime hubs in the country, have the least transparency when it comes to identifying criminals. The way Los Angeles protects its criminals makes me physically ill. That city is on a straight downward death spiral. It'll look like Oakland within 15 years.
