  1. Love driving on tracks. We are just stating our season here in AZ. I plan to get out at least a couple of times this winter to see what our car can do. Thanks for the great information Rick!

  2. I tried tracking, but it was not what I was looking for. I want freedom for me and my car. No cops, no officials, no flaggers, no rules, no regulations, no helmets, no one caring if I live or die, just 100 miles of smooth open road with no other cars and pure freedom. Where do I go to get that?

  3. Rick- did you get to see the E-ray video with Jay Leno and Tadge? Curious on your thoughts. Tadge seems like a great guy and glad to see he is getting the recognition he deserves.

  4. Hey Rick , can you find out more tech info on the Borla exhaust GM is now offering to the E-ray? I heard its not as loud as the S-type and no info on the weight of the system and Zero info on how much HP it offer's. I would like to get it from GM and covered under warranty but hard with the limited info. Also too I still see no scrape armor for the E-ray but is for other cars? Thanks.

  6. Rick, I did the lead-follow at NCM when I took delivery of my C8 back in December 20th to 22nd. Got to briefly meet you too! The track experience was a blast! I highly recommend it! And what you have set up sounds even better. Wish I could be there!

  7. Hopefully winter won't be as bad as their saying and tracks can stay open as long as possible you kniw how it goes Rick half are calling for a lot of snow and the other half are saying a mild winter with rain.

  8. I did this 2 yrs ago and loved it. I was the only person in class who had track experience. I pushed the instructor and hard and the C8 handles!! The mid corner grip is amazing and the PTM is out of this world. I have a 16 ATSV w/ mild tune of 501 hp/tq from Tapout Tuning. A totally different experience from F/R TO M/R cars. I have drove Laguna Seca with my ATSV and previous ride 15 Golf R tuned to 400hp fully modded and Thunder Hill with the ATSV. Only did the skid pad drift sessions with Drift 101 in their 350Z and 240sx twice, no road coarse.
Definitely do this course, you wont regret it.
