As for episode length, I have watched every episode of this series as well as your ikit claw and boris campaigns, so for me, whatever fits your needs best.
I know you have to work irl so do whatever works best with your schedule at that time.
My main concern would be you getting worn out. The main reason I watch your campaigns is for your commentary. I like your tongue in cheek humor, etc. As well, as your variety in play styles, i.e., how you have different army builds in the same campaign. Too many YTers do the same build and tactics throughout their campaigns, it gets too boring. Another thing I like, though, I know it'll probably change as your channel grows is that you interact with your viewers more than most, i.e., I got 2 names in and you mentioned why you weren't going with one (the ferry thing, you went with troop trains). 👍😁👍
If I may suggest, not now but in the future focus on just 3, maybe 4 campaigns at one time. That way it might be easier to "stockpile" a couple of episodes. Just in case you get busy irl or need to take a breather. After all we all know anyone with a cat is beholden to their fluffy master.
Anyway that's my two cents, keep up the great content and take care.

Pigbater needs to be military tower in addition to any other chaos waste Towers you confederate or otherwise accquire to fuel army expanions and upgrades you need for the upcoming invasion of the despised traiot kin. Got a God that request blood. It said it could be our own… or it could be the blood of kin. I thought of my grudge book and realized, I really wanted to see your blood. Fun continuation of the main quest line.
Personally I like 40-50 minutes episodes, but do whichever you felt comfortable with.

I would say ruinous, take a while to do research about youtube algorithm look at them statistics of your channel and stuff. I want you to be rich af, happy and stuff, and do the youtube. From what i know longer than 1hour videos are doing good on youtube, sometimes consistent posting of 30 min vids is doing good, and shorter vids are only good if they are shorter than 10 mins. Personally j struggle to find time to watch everything you post (im up to date with chaos dawi and karl, rest im watching whenever in parts) since im also working and living. Often slower is smoother and smooher is more efficient, we who leave comments are prolly your hyper-psycho enthusiasts, nice of you to ask but at the same time I would advise to do solid work on statistics, planning, reasearch and comparison with other channels so you can possibly get rid of that pesky daytime job 😀 anyways i love your content and whatever you do i shall be watching
30 mins chaps are alright, if you stress over that it's better to space them over.
Remember that you should still be building up conclave influence late game – as it let's you occupy towers at higher tiers! 🗼 🐄

30-40 minutes sound good for episodes, just so they don't drag on for too long when nothing much happens.
But we did get a fight against Ghorst so that is a highlight of this episode.
