Dragons & Wyverns have been a part of historical legend & heroic stories for centuries. These creatures have been a part of our modern lexicon since the advent of media entertainment. They are seen as destroyers, as well as instruments used to battle evil.
When we hear or read of modern sightings our imaginations go back to the prehistoric Far East or the Medieval period when these behemoths were said to exist throughout antiquity.
Then we hear of flying monsters of the New World, particularly in the Appalachian Mountains and the Atlantic Piedmont. Dragon-like cryptids that the German settlers referred to as the Snallygaster. Are these the descendants of the legendary winged serpents of earlier times?

everyone knows a Snallygaster can't refuse moonshine
i'll never forget a pensilvania encounter of 2 teenages fishing out in a lake one night in their boat when a pteridactile tried to grab them, they had to fight it off for 15 minutes with nothing but their fishing poles, it was hovering over them trying to grab one of them, they kept swatting at it's feet every time it came in to grab them. the man said the downward wind thrust blowing on them as it hovered there was unbelievable. this old man was still traumatized by this event from his youth. amazing encounter, it's on Brenton Sawin's channel may he RIP

Can we all pull together and get this man the recognition he deserves.. he always has great shows..he always presents himself professionally and he doesn't ever focus on trying to get money out of his viewers…
There are other channels that cover the same type of topics Lon does n they have way more subs n views than him but they cant even hold Lon's jock strap or compare to the credibility he brings to the table…this rly bothers me that channels that jus copy ppl like Lon and other legit paranormal researchers stories have more support when they definitely dont really deserve it well at least not as much as Lon does.
Lol the lady in the second story evidently never tripped acid with friends cause I have and there were like five or six people and we ALL saw the exact same things. At least I hope they were hallucinations lol.
