Today we are doing a bunch of odd jobs and that stupid truck got stuck again! Good thing the draft horses can come to the rescue! Then we are harrowing the driveway and going out to fix some fences!
Watch our videos to learn about draft horses- horse logging, horse farming, and horse training! Jim uses Belgian, Percheron, and Suffolk horses to do work on the farm and in the woods. He teaches about harnesses, horse-drawn logging and farming equipment, horse feeding and maintenance, and voice commands for horses. New videos uploaded every week. Keep watching to see how Jim trains his new Suffolk Punch colts as he has trained his full-grown teams!

The sled turned out great.
Question: Can a pair of your horses pull the new dump trailer? Utilizing a different horsepower
Its impressive the power of those two horses to pull that truck and wagon out of the mud.
Chasing mud. We have a line. Animals go this side only. Vehicles only. The two impact differently.
Need a good hemlock mallet.
Why don't you use a impact for the screws it must faster and easier too? For your projects
❤❤
All I have a 42-inch bar. I am just a poor man.

How do the horses keep their feet and legs warm?
Merry Christmas Jim & Brenda, if I don’t see another video. Until then, stay safe and stay healthy !
Jim maybe I missed it but did you show the board after you weighed up all the horses a couple videos back?
The colors of the season here with the horses and the brown grass , the new wood in the wagon, the cows in the background the grey skies,,,it is beautiful.

Thank you so much for your videos. Love them so much! Jim and Brenda are the best!
With experience, do the horses recognize the equipment being used and comprehend the work they will be asked to do?
Oh I love it…….foot power pulling a Ford out of the mud. I love horse power, indeed. Even while Brenda was throwing on the breaks. Man, these horses have tremendous power. You have to love them.
I love seeing Skip on the sled, wagon, cart. It’s like he is overseeing the whole thing. Cute as can be. Happy holidays!
I'm still looking to get my before-Thanksgiving list done by Christmas…

It's really nice to have "real horsepower" to pull you out of sticky (and muddy) situations!! Good job Earl and Baron! Saw Pansy in the pasture and she's looking good! That's a good looking herd bull you have there too, Jim! Being all red I wonder if he's a Red Angus or a Limousin bull? Have a nice weekend!
