I got a check like that, I just threw it in the garbage, well I put it in the recycle. But my ex-husband got one in Georgia we threw it away,.. I've gotten several over the years just recycle the paper knowing it's a scam.

On Oct 14th, in North West Las Vegas, NV, hundreds of locked mailbox cluster were broken into and all the mail was stolen, all in one night. Many were gated communities. Organized and pre planned obviously. Tied to money or voting is not known. Hopefully, the law officials take it seriously.
