DoubleDragon Plaza at DD-Meridian Park is an extreme 4.75-hectare prime commercial block in the Bay Area. Catering to the expansion of thriving businesses, the project will provide ample leasable space of up to 280,000 square meters by 2020.

Located in EDSA Extension cor. Macapagal Blvd., Bay Area, Pasay City

The first phase of the project is DoubleDragon Plaza, which is an 11 storey office complex with over 130,000 square meters of leasable space. Four office towers will sit atop a retail podium each with its own private lobby and elevators providing ample privacy and ideal accessibility for its tenants.

As a show of commitment to the standards it upholds, DoubleDragon Plaza is aiming for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

Two new giant steel statues have been spotted within the double dragon plaza in Edsa Extension in Pasay City.

These larger than life sculptures seem to depict the figure of a young male adult, but with a globe wearing headphones as its head.

A statue that displays a full human figure stands at the entrance of DoubleDragon Meridian Park on the corner of Macapagal Avenue and EDSA, while another installation featuring a half-body waving from a rooftop can be seen not far down the road.

The sculptures at its headquarters, which measures 64 feet or about six stories high, is named “Bayani,” while the one along EDSA is called “Pag-asa.”

The ultra-modern stainless steel sculptures were designed by globally renowned Filipino artist Jefrë Figueras Manuel, also known as JEFRË, who also designed the time statue in sm megamall and the victor statue located in which bridgetowne pasig.

  2. Actually di naman siya nakakadisappoint kasi mas maayos na yan kumpara sa dating talahib. Mas safe na sa gabi kasi may ilaw at may masisilungan na yung mga commuters pag malakas ulan at saka pag sobrang mainit.

  6. Ok lang po Neonflix…I just choose to be thankful in all things as long as di nman life threatening ang isang bagay. Actually, nakapagbigay pa nga siya ng pagkakakitaan sa mga call center agents at sa ibang mga employed nating mga kababayan di ba? I mean, I choose to look at the positives because I know, good things are everywhere, you just need to train your eyes to see them! By this, mas masaya, mas payapa at mas magaan ang buhay di ba. Be thankful po and that is the key to be happy! Like sa vlogs niyo, ang dami akong napapanood na good and happy things that make me smile and say, wow, life is good kaya enjoy, di ba?
