The second half of 4.2 has 2 characters currently running: Cyno and Ayato. While many pull for Ayato, Cyno too is a good unit, so in today’s video we will be taking a look at him and his kit and seeing why I belive Cyno can also be considered a “must pull”

I'm at a point in the game where I only pull characters I like. I've fully "beaten" the game, never struggle in Abyss, and tons of hyper meta units. The only reason I won't pull for Cyno is that his attacks in E-burst have low impact feel. Meaning that it feels like running a hot knife through butter, I like it when I can feel the impact of my attacks (e.g Alhaitham, my controller even vibrates). Suuuper petty of me yes 😂 I'm just waiting for Clorinde, she's stoic, I like that
As a new player I fell in love with his playstyle immediately, it’s fun and satisfying and I’m 100% happy about pulling him.
It’s nice to see a video talking about Cyno positively, yes he’s a high investment character but it’s all worth it. There seems to be a lot of doomposting about characters that aren’t instantly and insanely strong as Neuvillette and such. I’m just waiting for nahida to complete his optimal team, hopefully she reruns soon!

I would pull for Cyno between him and Ayato, but i skip both and wait for Raiden. Raiden can do everything Cyno does and mostly better. She can be played even in Quickbloom as a Hypercarry with Furina, Nahida and Baizhu. She has low Burst time and can battery the hole team. This is even more important, because you can give Baizhu TTDS for more buffs and smother rotations. I came back to Genshin in 3.6 and would never pull for Cnyo when Raiden is around the corner.
with raiden being confirmed i really want her, ill probably go for cyno his next rerun. i did a single 10 pull if i got him great, but i didnt so saving the rest for raiden
Hi. I've been farming some Golden Troupe artifacts for Furina lately and got some extra Marechaussee Hunter set pieces lying around. Is this a viable option for Cyno? Does he benefit from 2p bonus at all?
I could get him guaranteed, but I feel more I should either get C2 Raiden or wait for Chlorinde. I also have C5 Keqing (just my luck). I'm not really lacking in Electro options or hypercarries either. Though the final nail in the coffin is that he needs those damn scarabs….. Never again….
Don't skip Cyno? You're serious? Ofc skip Cyno. On what universe he is worth 3 months of primos? Someone like Lisa can do his job for free even better since she is not burst dependant. There a dozens of better pulls than Cyno.

Cyno seems cool but i wish i liked his playstyle more. I'd love to run an electro hypercarry but hes too burst dependent for me. Good luck to cyno haver and may cyno wanters be cyno havers. This guide seems great and you are very good at explaining things!

Cyno's quickbloom team with Furina is by far, my favorite team in the game right now. They all synergize with each other so incredibly well that doing their rotations in abyss feels so satisfying.
I even tested it out in the first halves of floor 12 and honestly, not much of a multi-wave issue with Baizhu, and Furina's low hydro application. The main issue right now though is the current abyss first half for floor 12. The pyro lectors make it hard to finish fast cuz furina's the only hydro, and electro isn't that good at melting pyro shields.

I had to skip baizhu and pull furina.. I would've tried for both but I saved for Ayato/Cyno weapon banner because I have both characters on my account prior to this. So this is pretty painful as someone who does NOT want to use Yaoyao or Kirara. Man I wanted Baizhu so bad he better rerun soonish next year. 😭
in 4.3 Raiden will come back so if you need driver she is better but if you want main dps probably he will be better idk
Idg why Cyno gets so much hate for his long on-field play style, I mean with all the resources you put into him to get him and make him work it’s the bare minimum to basically always have him on-field, especially I really like him😂. It might be only me but I particularly like seeing always my fav characters on-field and not the supporting ones
I test weapon and i think the best 4 star weapon is the catch because of catch you can get your burst up to time.
Hmmm let me just correct it a bit u should run 4 pieces 4 tf usually im not even bother comboing tf bcs its just 2 hard for me losing out on 1 endseer is fine around 5% less dps while gd is 10% less in bis senc also the reason why running tf set is better is for more energy when u only need around 130 er with tf while its double with gd ( 160 )
Raiden better…you only need C3 to max her out. Cheap for F2P, I managed to save primos for C3 raiden. Nobody else comes close.
I accidnetly got Cyno and I’m really struggling to be happy about it. I have Furina and Nahida but I don’t have Baizhu so I don’t know what to do with him 🥲
