1. TÓRIK’S HOUSE

🇫🇴PAN-FRIED DOLPHIN: Cut the dolphin into steaks. Add a bit of seasoning. In a frying pan, add olive oil. Let the dolphin meat cook, then thinly slice it. Serve on toasted bread with butter. 

🇫🇴PUFFIN HEART

🇫🇴 CORMORANT BIRD: Cut out and clean the breast. Clean and chop the legs. In the frying pan, add olive oil. Add salt and onion salt. Add the breasts to the frying pan, flip them, and let them cook until ready. For the legs, add thyme, then place them in a frying pan, flipping them until ready.

🇫🇴PUFFIN: Defeather and gut the puffins. In a pot, add water and puffins and boil for one hour. Add salt, then drain out the water. Serve with boiled potatoes.

  16. Eating horse might be even stranger than that… Puffing sounds weird, same thing with penguin… But the worst tasting meat is iguana… Reptiles just don't have that same flavor that you want to eat.

  20. When I was younger, I used to think it was atrocious to eat certain animals…then I realized they're ALL animals and they're all food to keep us alive and healthy.
    As I got older I stopped judging how people eat. It may seem strange to me but to someone else, it's normal. Everyone has different culture and different palette's and that's okay.
