  1. Hey Herm ! There has to be a happy medium between trying to make it a stick and ball sport/carnival sideshow combined, and what it was back when one of four or five cars would always win.

  2. Suh was nasty. I have only ever seen a couple people that were as nasty a player as he was. He threw QB’s like rag dolls and cleated other players every chance he got. He was feared among many, in college and in the pro’s.

  3. You know they do or you wouldn’t be asking. They turned the keys over to Bubba & his minions in the corporate office to pander to their victim nonsense & have lost the battle. Fans are leaving NASCAR quicker than California. It’s a dead man walking!

  4. What gets me is rather than admit what they have isn’t working they will take what isn’t working and pile more gimmicks and junk onto it and then wonder why it doesn’t work. Lather rinse repeat. NASCAR will be full IROC within 5 years.

  5. But California couldn't fill the seats most of the time those people got free tickets from radio stations out there cause I've been out there in the LA area a month before the race hearing it on the radios

  6. I agree on some points, some not so much. The idea for a different car for different type tracks is what we USED to HAVE! Before next gen car! Soooo, did we need such a drastic change?? NO! And now (2yrs later) we are needing a ‘different’ car at different tracks. 2nd) the nascar Board of Directors and senior management are out of control – grabbing money. Their only concern- money in their pockets-Period! Screwing the teams, monopolizing tracks – pricing many fans out of attending tracks ( we quit going to tracks completely. And we went to 4-5 tracks each yr. This last year zero times Nascar admin does not take into consideration obvious opinions from even their own fan council about what is wanted or we (fans/profit source) might agree to. We have to endure a 2 yr learning curve when nascar admin doesn’t listen. Two yrs of torturous Bristol Dirt- jeez💔. Admin only making changes when their screw ups are so egregious they can’t be ignored. That is why there is no trust from fans in nascar today.

  7. NASCAR is going to have to make some serious changes because right now race teams are losing money. They better do something to raise revenue for these teams or teams may start folding up camp and going home.

  8. Today’s cup races are IROC racing with scheduled intermissions. Old school was Outlaw racing with Outlaw spectators. Damn it’s hell to evolve. Work hard, play hard. Come to Newton, Knoxville, Boone Iowa and live again.

  9. Racing one day in the future is going to go on there own an nascar will go away an out cause the series now cares about money money money an don’t care what us the diehart fans want to help make the racing Better again an help the sport grow of racing in general they was actually starting to get the racing better with the gen 6 car in 2019 an 2020 the covid year an good but no we had to go to this next gen new car which it has made the racing somewhat better killer on the mile an a half’s the plate racing tracks to but lacking on short tracks an road courses been a struggle but I believe they gonna get that right an fixed with areo packages handling to an I don’t like the new tv deal either why put the races on a streaming platform a hand full to start out with in 2025 an not put the races on abc an espn after the 2024 season next year along with TBS an tnt for the summer an race to the playoffs an championship but this is what nascar wanted not what the fans that pay for the hard earn over price tickets to go to the races to see them in person no it’s all about the ownership an nascar we don’t care what the fan thinks an screw the teams once again an just do what nascar tells them to do an the only funding on the cars is there sponsors on the car an the teams to keep the cars on the racetrack not nascar an I don’t like the stages either an make the races better an shorter in lenght to I really see the teams an drivers coming up with there own race platform in the future an boycott nascar to in the future down the road an then the teams an drivers will be more fan active an listen to us the fans more instead of doing what nascar wants to do there selves thanks
