So yesterday I was due a parcel from Germany. I was looking forward to this as it is part of a project I have waited a long time for.
The delivery van arrived and after fumbling about in his van for a while he left after turning around in the neighbours drive. At this point, I wasn’t too stressed, from the looks of it, he may have forgotten to load it on the van, he may bring it later or he may bring it tomorrow, I can live with that. What happens next outrages me and brings the already floundering Royal Mail into disrepute.
About an hour later, see the end of the video, I receive a notification saying my order has been delivered. As you can see, where the photo should be of the delivery it is just black, he has obviously covered the lens or something.
But now what? Is my parcel lost, god knows, I am off to the depot to complain!

More cultural enrichment. My the standards of RM have most definitely dropped.
Guilt looking rat. Clearly not guilty enough
Dingy diver
never even stepped foot onto your property!
I live in a highrise flat and DPD also have a habit of doing this! F**ks me right off every time! I now just choose the option on their app to get it delivered to the local shop around the corner, and I haven't had a problem since.
I thought the Royal Mail Employees had Uniforms This Guy looked like hed just come off a Boat!!!??
Same thing happened to me recently with DHL
You won't get you're parcel back and he won't lose his job because by the looks of things he's an agency worker. This will be a long drawn out process the best you can hope for is that the item was sent with insurance and you can make a claim.
Why are the uk Royal Mail employing yids ffs just shows how messed up this country is
RM agency driver. Probably ex evri. Looks very inexperienced length of time he was there for. People should have supported the strikes better!
when I complained about magazine subscriptions being delivered in wet torn packaging I was told that when it rains your mail will be delivered wet
has he got a black and white cat…….you slag……he couldn't do it he had to pray….
if he was dodgy he wouldn't have turned up at your address,, its obvious the package had not been loaded on to van at the depot,,yes annoying that it states delivered but many do this to save time, expecting the parcel to be in the van,
well have to say that as an ex postie myself – looks like he has stolen your parcel. Go through the insurance, hope you paid for that.
Another Diversity proving that its not our Strenght at all ! A paid Thief !
Thats a massive crime remember its the royal mail if that even means anything in this country anymore !
