A pair of prolific accused mail thieves have been arrested and police tell KPRC 2 they may be connected to hundreds of mail theft victims all across the Houston metro area, from Sugar Land, to Memorial Villages, and possibly even Conroe.
There are just so many kleptomaniacs. I was let go by two different newspaper companies as an independent contractor newspaper deliverer for each. I could not keep the customers newspapers from being stolen. Once I deliver their newspaper, I am on to the next customer. I do not stay around to monitor their newspaper. Later, I received word that the deliverer who replaced me was having to same problem I had.

Doesn't matter that they were caught. They're still in Houston and with the same DA that DISMISSED charges in all of their previous cases! He will just dismiss this one too! C'mon people, do you really think dismissing all of these cases is an accident or just incompetence? No, it isn't! These are democrat DA's and judges are doing this on purpose to keep these criminals on the street! This is how the democrats will destroy this country from within!
