People who don’t have good computers do this . I remember throwing stock EQ, compressor , and a lil reverb . That was it . I also had some chains loaded up . When it was time to play back , I’d just drop it down . I have many fx chains , for adlibs n stuff . Then I have 4 tracks for backgrounds harmonies and stacks . With those , I’d just duplicate as needed . But everything still getting recorded through the basic chain . Maybe if my computer was better I’d record through templates
