  2. Like 30 mins into the video, glad you are talking about certifications and how talent managers at times do need to be registered and recognized by an authority of some kind. Personally I've seen plenty of small creators not just V-tubers feel the need to "legitimize" themselves by getting a manager in order to taken seriously but don't need one at all. There are also people who have no clue about the behind the scenes of content creation, yet brand themselves as managers and force their services onto small V-tubers and creators who are naive and do realize that the help they are getting is worthless.

  3. There is SO much good information in this video. Some off the top of my head after listening to it all:
    – There can be licensing involved
    – Project managers versus talent managers
    – When you should look into a talent manager & consultation versus trying out new things
    – I loved how talent was discussed. So much of it is indeed hard work and being open to feedback!

    Really liked listening in to this while I was doing work of my own. Looking forward to other topics you choose to dive into!
