After a clandestine run-in, Drea (Alpha, fallen it girl played by Camila Mendes) and Eleanor (beta, new alt girl played by Maya Hawke) team up to go after each otherโ€™s tormentors. Do Revenge is a subverted Hitchcock-ian dark comedy featuring the scariest protagonists of all: teenage girls.

Directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, the film also stars Rish Shah, Talia Ryder, Jonathan Daviss, Maia Reficco, Paris Berelc, Alisha Boe and Sophie Turner.

Only on Netflix, September 16.

  1. unbelievable amount of transwomen actresses in this and tons of other Netflix and Amazon movies. It's curious to say the least. Not one of these actresses are known to be trans to the public. I am post op trans. I know my sisters.

  2. do revenge and booksmart are actually the only late 2010s/early 2020s teen comedy that arenโ€™t cringey, too gen z, exaggerating and actually having funny plot lines that also fit the heartfelt moments right in perfectly. these two movies could easily pass to be two of the greatest teen comedies for all ages and generations.

    and both movies focus on two girls going through high school/teen problems with their schoolmates and one of the girls is gay, what a coincidence.
