Your Karl franz vs the world happened exactly to me but with Arkhan instead. My army of humble nehekaran warriors managed to kill all the monsters and cavalry so it was a fun fortymi uses of arkhan pimping out spirit leeches onto heroes, skeleton summons into cycle and flanking charges, Arkhan the Black killed 2600 skeletons of varied types (including tomb guard) of these lesser tomb kings.
And because my mate thought I couldn't do it I got a free curse of the vampire coast dlc as a bet
I always wanted for the empire to be able to spend points for stuff like higher recruit rank or to spawn holy armies led by war priests or such.

I would say vanilla empire in TWW 3 is pretty meh, but SFO gives them back their superiority, bringing the different knight orders, lots of themed units and making halberdiers actually quite a good unit and in lategame, cheap unit. The only downside is the bug with gun units, that can sometime screw you up in quite a nasty way.
Great video, also the Improved Electoral Machinations mod allows you to spend prestige to get defensive or military alliances with the elector counts and even spend it to improve authority or fealty.

After having played vermintide, I always wondered how it would feel to throw hundreds of gutter runners at my enemy and have them shit themselves in fear.
Then I got tww3 as immortal empire came out and tried Ikit, tretch and Snikch and took over half the world with the power of radioactive magic rocks and plenty, plenty of rating gunners.
Ah and I too absolutely despise Bretonnia with passion, their stupid cavalry always manage to outmaneuver my interceptor units and I can't pin them down, and if I can just spam jezzails, ratlings, catapults and lightning cannons it's just not as fun. Oh and deathglobes, they always end up having half the kills because as some discovered in world war one, gassing your enemy is very effective, gassing your own troops too, but hey who cares about a few hundred skavenslaves.

Karl Franz is an Emperor who actually does something instead of sitting on his throne like that fossil from 40k or slacking off up high in his floating sky palace like that old dragon of Cathay. That’s all that is needed to say.
