The 'replanting' by an NPC happens both in Hayville in that right pot, and in the pots to the right in pawbury. (And you can use the burn module to burn those planted fruits incase you want to plant your own). The replanting happens if the pot is empty and you leave the area/go inside.

I watched your video titled "NEW Coromon Trait Enhancements Explained!" and I missed the mention of the Enhancer Gem, especially as we can find the first one in the Trainer Hub on Donar Island on the top floor in the right hand side of the cabinet located between the Potentiflator and Traitformator.
