Divide and Conquer v5.2 Beta: Gondor [6] Minas Morgul

Campaign Rules, Reshade, and Freecam info below:

This campaign is played under a work-in-progress build for Divide and Conquer that is not publicly available as of the time of recording.

Special Rules: Army sizes depend on the command level of a general in the field. Each command star allows for 2 additional units to a general’s army. Militia units are not to be used in an army unless they are part of a settlement. Militia are considered as town guards and police forces and therefore are not sent on the offensive.

Reshade: Using the “Campaign” preset by Andy’s Take: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lnqj0cnkYOQ&t=17s&ab_channel=Andy%27sTake

  1. Good episode mate, hopefully you can take the fight to Khand at Ostithil if they take that. Don't forget that Cair Andros does not border Mordor at all when you have Gelebrin so defending it is not a big deal. It might be a wise idea to build some growth buildings in Tarnost and Brethil simply because late game you will probably want as many citadel guard as you can get and the more settlements recruiting them the better. Also getting the roads in these central regions will be nice if you want to mobilize your troops on the other side of your kingdom to another side, like if Enedwaith attacks with Isengard then you will want reinforcements to not take 15 turns to cross the homelands.

  2. Can you give Isengard another cavalry!! I.E. if Saruman gets the one ring when the Witch-king arrives he should have a custom cavalry boddyguards other than wargs. And the one ring should unlock that cavalry

  3. Thus the road to Cirith Ungol is clear. Will the men of Gondor push their advantage and push further into Sauron's realm, or divert their attention elsewhere? Particularly north to Gelebrin, which is still under siege? That chapter will be told another day.
