  1. This lawyer, yoh… an answer and an excuse for every action and the behaviour of this defendant. If this was another person on trial for murder and they were caught giggling and joking around, immediately the viewers would be up in arms claiming that they show absolutely no remorse. I have ADHD myself, yes there are different degrees of the disorder, but if my life waa on the line and my two friends were dead, this is no way I would be acting or presenting myself to the public. It's disgusting.

  2. What happen to don't judge a book by its cover. Maybe he is so confident because he didn't do it. Right now he is INNOCENT until proven guilty without doubt. GOD BLESS the deceased and their families.

  3. What would be “normal” in a situation like this? He has also spent most of his adolescence and adult life incarcerated in addition to being diagnosed with serval mood & activity conditions, guilt notwithstanding. Also, they’ve mentioned several times the jury isn’t present so no one deciding the case will see this before deliberating.

  7. I don’t want to make light of murder, nothing about this case is funny, but with that said I’ll never understand the thinking behind the nickname “Sack Chaser”

I understand what it’s in reference to, I just don’t understand how anyone thought it was good nickname, now this poor guy is stuck with it for eternity.
