All aboard for day 3 of our Disney Wish Cruise series 2024! This day we visit Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island in the Bahamas – where we find the characters in their BRAND NEW outfits debuting for the first time, and also try NEW activities like renting bicycles, climbing a 40-foot observation tower, visiting the adults only beach Serenity Bay, enjoying delicious all-inclusive BBQ, swimming in the family beach, and having lots of fun!
Each time we visit Castaway Cay, we like to try new activites – we’ve done snorkeling, water bikes, and of course been caught in a monsoon. So this time we decided to rent bicycles and enjoy miles of beautiful island trails, and ride out to a 40-foot observation tower we climbed for stunning views of the island and the ship! We also found a surprise – brand new outfits for Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto, on the first day they debuted, and of course a chat with Captain Jack Sparrow! We also enjoyed both the adults only beach, Serenity Bay, and the family beaches, with crystal blue waters, and of course delicious Serenity Bay BBQ that features steak and lots of delicious food, and had a fun day in the sun on a gorgeous Bahamian day! There is one more Disney Cruise vlog coming after this that will feature all the special (and tear inducing) LAST NIGHT activities and disembarking, so stay tuned for that coming next! I went the private beach in Disney castaway Kay the beach water was very cold and I went in the water and it was very cold and I haven’t seen Donald or goofy or Jack sparrow on the beach

Love the cruise vlogs. Can't wait to go one someday. Probably when we relocate to Florida. We are coming in August 20-24 for my Birthday and staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge using DVC points we got from some friends that could not use them. Can't wait.
