Disney Will Ruin Indiana Jones for "The Message"

Disney’s ruination of old beloved properties continues apace and next on the chopping block is none other than Indiana Jones. The trailer for the new movie has come out and it’s looking like it’s going to get the same treatment everything else within the House of the Mouse got, emasculation, politicization, and evisceration.

  1. The whole young Indy stuff is a prologue to the story where the Wernher von Braun character escapes Germany as the war ends. The story has promise.

The multiple "endings" filmed are most likely potential timelines the McGuffin displays as choices to be made and no more…sort of a next gen Galadriel's Mirror.

Fleabag HAS to be better than Willie Scott, but like any minimally aware person I'm worried about how they intend to stick the landing, or more so WHERE they intend to sick the landing.

  2. I don't find it difficult to believe Indy says he doesn't believe in magic…it might work against him as he's trying to enlist help.

When I heard Indy say "how hard you believe it" it reminded me of Captain America First Avenger when Tommy Lee and Toby discussed the sanity of Red Skull's plan.

Seems to me Indy is talking about the Wernher von Braun character and his motivations. WvB wasn't a true believer in anything but Rockets, caught up in post WWI Germany.

This is how I read that line, Indy giving context to the villain's motivations.

In any event, context is the key word and this was meant to tease not spell it out.

  3. I'm as hardcore right as they come, and detest the Cult of Woke's infection of Disney as much as any red-blooded, commie-hating American. However, I just watched the trailer, and have to say you're reading WAAAYYYY too much into it. I have no illusions that Disney won't, ultimately, fxxk this movie up with some PC garbage, but, let's be real; blaming Disney for potentially destroying the Indiana Jones franchise is akin to blaming Disney for taking the first dump on Star Wars. Ever heard of midi-chlorians, or Jar-Jar Binks?! That shxt didn't come from the pits of Disney, and neither did The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

  4. Assassin's Creed Valhalla set in 800s England was filled to the brim with black, Chinese, Latino Saxons had many fights with female warriors and suggested the Viking warrior was transgender by selection a male or female version so the bar is really low now.
