  1. So sad about Trail’s End. Our first trip to WDW in 1988 was camping at Fort Wilderness and that trip literally changed our family’s trajectory! We will miss this restaurant so much. Many memories and great times. It’s just sad to see all of the older spots being done away with for an “improvement”.

  2. So, the guy who yells at security and hits one with a flimsy cardboard sign gets trespassed, but the guy who actually physically shoved a cast member with both hands doesn't? Duuuude, if you'd had just a DVC membership. This just proves that money can't buy manners or class.

  3. Disney will threaten to terminate a employee if they try to press charges on a guest. It happened to me and I told my supervisor that came to the security offices that if I get fired I will sue for wrongful termination and for violating my civil rights. I was there to work and no customer has the right to assault me while doing so. The shop steward who represented me looked at the supervisor and just smiled at him.

  4. I always love when rude guests at Disney or rude customers in retail say things like “we won’t be back” or “you just lost a customer I’m never shopping here again” ….uh, good? You were rude and disrespectful, why would we want you to come back??😊

  5. The Rose & Crown pub sign has the Latin Otium Cum Dignitate. Which means Leisure with Dignity. Guess he can't read Latin

Money does not mean manners. Should of been stripped of all rights on the spot.

  6. I agree with a lot of people he should not be able to get away with putting his hands on a cast member or anybody for that matter if he did that in any of the four theme parks he would have been tackled and arrested BS I hope Disney reads this they need to refine that policy I don't care how much money he spent you put your hands on somebody you should be gone arrested in a Cell somewhere the end

  7. The likely reason why the monorails were down, years of underinvestment and lack of maintenance. Just call it an in show exit and make it a magical event…. Marketing

  8. All of these reports of bad behavior at WDW are upsetting but not surprising. There are a lot of jerks out there. Considering the number of visitors to our magical place each year, the real surprise is there aren't MORE instances of bad behavior! (Another reason for the rest of us to show our appreciation to cast members when we are visiting!)

  9. I have heard from various CMs that Disney encourages them NOT to press charges. It is solely Disney who wants to take any legal action or decline any legal action against a guest.

When the safety of your employees is not a priority, that tells you what you need to know. 😡

Billions of dollars in profit each quarter not each year but each quarter, and they argue over a few dollars to pay their employees a living wage.

Underpaid, underappreciated, and abused with Disney‘s approval 😮.

  10. I have worked for another vacation ownership company. Any disrespect to employees, other guest or owners, and destruction of property is not tolerated. We would put permanent bands, temporary travel restrictions, or cancel their contract.
