  1. I thought being Republican was all about freedom and leaving companies alone, and lower taxes, this seems like the opposite. What is it mean to be a Republican now, just how do they deal with undesirables?

  2. There are actually several places in Florida that are designated "special districts" like Disney. The Villages is one, Daytona Beach, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, and the Central Florida Expressway Authority. I'm not sure if there are more. Special districts are a thing in Florida. So while DeSantis might be saying Disney is special and what they can do is out of the ordinary it's not true. Each special district has their own agreements with the state about what they can, and cannot do. So DeSantis's defense has already failed on that note. Sadly, the people who will really lose are the Florida tax payers, because DeSantis is going to lose against Disney because his defense is so weak and his motives so transparent. He's lost before the court case is even heard. And the tax payers will be out all those hundreds of thousands of tax dollars he'll use to pursue his political theater. In the end Disney will get back what DeSantis tried to take from them, he'll leave to go run for the GOP nomination (and lose it to Donald Trump who is already 30 points ahead of him) and the tax payers will get stuck with the bill. All because he wants to be the new cool guy.

  3. Dumassnis gave plea deals to kiddy diddlers. Dumassnis had kiddy diddlers on his payroll. Guy is projecting hard. He's obsessed with something but it taint protecting your kids. He's picturing it all day in his head and probably on his home wifi.

  4. With all the issues going on in FL, the gov. just wants to 🎯 a company because they've had a couple gay characters? No wonder, there is so much trouble there. Not worried about real issues and all for harassing people you do not know.. there is a reason things are so bad there and it doesn't have anything to do with some gays. 🤣

  6. disney does pay taxes just not their fair share. according to one of the other repliers $780 million in 2021 and probably should been more like $2 billion but who cares let the taxpayers pickup the rest. I really don't understand the issue here unless your disney. ending a 50 year old deal where disney has profited billions upon billions. Bob Iger's salary was $65 million in 2019. let me break that down for you – $5.4 million per month, $1.25 million per week, AND a whopping $250,000 per day. AND PEOPLE DON"T THINK DISNEY SHOULD PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE IN TAXES. This blows my mind as a tax paying Floridian. yet they still want to charges us almost $200 a day for their parks and $15-20 for a nasty ass burger or shitty personal size pizza and $500 to $1,500 per to stay at their Grand Floridian Hotel. at the median salary in florida to stay on property and go to the parks for 4 days is about a months salary. seems fair that a mother and father would have to go in to debt to that their kids there. WOULDN'T YOU AGREE???????

  7. Corporations are controlled by the government which is controlled by the citizens. Corporations like disney want to be their own ruling aristocratic government district thats are not elected by the people or controlled by the elected government. Disney wants to pay people as little as possible. Disney wants to fight unions. Disney wants to push their political agenda.

Disney needs to eat a humble diarrhea sandwich served directly from our elected officials and bow down to the people. YOU SERVE US.

  9. Extremist Republican Ron DeSantis is insane. You all love him in Florida, you can keep him💯America does not want to deal with an extremist Republican lunatic that is obsessed with fighting Walt Disney and Micky Mouse, and even advocating building a jail right next to Disney to boot!

  11. Ron the Santis, The Floridian Emperor no only want to fight everyone who disagreed with his view of the world, but also had decided, together with his republican buddies to change the law to allow him to be not only Florida governor, but also to be a candidate for presidential election at the same time. Go ahead Florida keep voting for republicans candidates, good for nothing.

  14. When are journalists everywhere going to say that apparently the Villages ( predominantly white affluent retirement community) as well as the Daytona Speedway both allegedly have the same or similar special designation as Disney?

  15. I hope Ron DePanties didn't pee in his pants when Disney served him. I suspect we'll see thousands of lawsuits against the fascist governor. If he pees in his pants – I wonder if he will outlaw the camera people who capture him peeing in his pants? Don't pee in your pants, Gov. DePanties.
