February of 2023 marks the third year of posting content to this channel! That’s right, 36 months or three full years of pretty regular uploads here, and we’re moving into year four now. How exciting! As per tradition, I do the monthly creator updates at year milestones a bit differently. We will breeze through some of the most pertinent Disney news that came from the Q1 earnings call, and then we’ll move on to statistics and analytics. Month 36 stats will be the same, but then we will do yearly and lifetime together with some reflections. Then we’ll briefly touch on revenue and upcoming (probable/possible content), and the second half of the video is Q&A. Thanks for submitting your questions! Three years feels like a very big milestone! I know for some it’s just a drop of water in a massive bucket, but for me it’s an accomplishment. When I started this journey, I certainly would not have predicted that three years later I’d still be posting regularly. And while this is a hobby for me, I won’t lie – if I wasn’t seeing any success / gains / growth thanks to all of YOU, there’s no way I would’ve stuck with it. So truly, thank you so much. I love the DVC Home Resort Ranking video. It's one of my favorites (along with your contract purchase series and the CAGR analysis.) You and Adam have a charming style in that one, and it's one of the only ones that are a true two-hander. And I generally enjoy rankings and comparisons of pretty much anything.
I'm looking forward to seeing Toledo, which seems like the Topolino's of the Coronado Springs area. I'd like more information about this resort in general. Seems a shame they didn't put balconies on the rooms. Might be an easy DVC conversion.
I also enjoy making carbonara, and I recently started making bread, which had always seemed too much effort. But grocery prices have gone so high it seems worth it now.
Yes, FOP isn't the greatest. The pre-show reminds me of Dinosaur. The scary animals bother me.
Glad BLT has proved to be the best choice for you. It definitely wouldn't work for me. I just didn't like it that much. The convenience was great, but I didn't like the pool at all, especially that weird glass brick wall.

I don’t know what it is, but I’m a sucker for count lists. “Top 10 favorite” or “5 things to avoid” or the like. Even if it is opinion. It may also help watch hours if people want to get to the “best one”?! 😂
