  1. Master Gracey is the ghost host. The picture above the fireplace is of his father who he inherited the house from, which by the way, drove him mad, and that's part of why he hung himself. It didn't help his madness that he killed Constance first after he discovered her secrets. That's why she's only found in the attic, but this is too dark for Disney to talk about!

  2. Why does it matter, Disney will changed and erase their own history on everything just like Gracey's history will change they changed Ariel now so it's a lost cause for people to get upset … the woke will always win …

  3. Honestly, I was under the impression that Disney was the only reason H2O+ was still in business. I haven’t seen a stand alone store from them in 2 decades and haven’t seen their products anywhere besides Disney. If you had told me H2O+ only produced products for Disney and that was their only business, I would have believed it.

  4. I always assumed that the Ghost Host and Master Gracey were the same guy, insofar as Master Gracey was anybody and not just a joke on a tombstone. Arguably, the aging man portrait and the hatchet man portrait are wearing the same clothes. It's just that the aging man one is more realistic.

  5. Anyone know what the firework show times are at the current Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party this year? i know they are supposed to go twice but I do not see times on official Disney website. Figured some viewers here may have gone to the event already.

  6. The H2O+ company decided to close its operations after 30 years in business…wow. Best of luck to its former employees who are the ones really impacted by this.

  7. Ghost Host is the Hanging Man, Gracey is the portrait. This is just further proof that Disney doesn't give a s#$% anymore about their own mythos, and they are treating everything like clipart.

  8. Master Gracey, by rights, isn't even the man in the portrait. It's the grave of a child somehow connected to the mansion. Grown men weren't masters; children were. But meh, it's too late now! Everything will have changed yet again in a week's time…

  9. To me, the sketchbook part of the title is the key here as that may have been the original idea for Master Gracey and then that character got switched to the ghost host later on and Master Gracey became the one presented in the foyer portrait. So the two may not be confused at all.

  10. I have to admit, I like many other fans of the Haunted Mansion always thought that Master Gracey and the Ghost Host were one in the same. I guess it depends who you ask. The Haunted Mansion is one of the few attractions that has many backstories associated with it (as well as many iterations of the attraction in terms of the international Disney parks) and each one is different.
