No room should be in that condition. Not even the cheapest room at the hotel. I would sleep in the lobby before sleeping in that room. The hotel is in a central location, but for a room like that, it's not worth it.
And that’s why you stay at encore Wynn there is no way on earth I would even do a video in that room I would have left after I grabbed a front desk person by the throat

2 miles long check-in line for these rooms…lol. Flamingo isn't for 'normal' people with attention to hygiene and tidiness. Flamingo is literally for the trash. Smoking, drinking, shitting, sleeping in the bed and then head downstairs for the happy hours to fill up..
Never had the Go room before. But I still book Flamingo for being the cheapest, right in the middle of the Strip, and adjacent to the general area I need to be if I have to leave it.
Was going to stay there two years ago, while spending two hours looking for a parking spot in their packed garage my friend that went up too the room before hand called and said the tv didn’t work room was dirty and it was blood stains on the walls, I said enough I went and spoke too a supervisor who apologized and said she’d wave the resort fee, I told her I wouldn’t stay here for free and left the property in a hurry!
Went there 2yrs ago and experienced the same thing. Smell of pot everywhere, loud as hell and pretty sure folks were breaking the occupancy rules. Once upon a time it was a Vegas classic and we loved going there but now sadly it is a dirty bird.
We stay at Flamingo all of the time. We never stay in the "Go" rooms, so I cannot attest for those. However, my rooms have always been clean and not run down like that.
Thanks for that video, Are all rooms like the one you showed ? I have booked one room with the view to the High Roller. It's not a "GO"-Room It'll be my first visit in Las Vegas.
Another once great, historic and perfectly located property that Caesars has let go to complete shit. It's getting harder and harder to justify giving them a dime of our money nowadays.
They have some nice rooms and I’m disappointed that they would even have this room or rooms listed. My memories of the Flamingo are still good and forever.
My wife and I stayed in a Flamingo Go room back in Feb 2009, when it was the "newly renovated" section of the hotel. Was very nice back then. Sad and pathetic what they have allowed to happen. What bothered me back then, was the sickeningly sweet perfumy smell in the lobby and main floor area. Have been back to Vegas 5-6 times the last 14 years. Each time, when walking the strip, we would take a walk through the Flamingo. Yep… sure enough… it still stinks in there.
One has to be questioning themselves about staying at Flamingo when you could just go across the street to another caesars property and stay at beautiful Caesars Palace.
My husband and I our booking our trip today. We usually stay at Ceasers (havent had a bad experience there sofar) but, thought about Flamingo. After watching this video and showing it to my husband…. NO WAY!!! Thank you for posting this and I'm so glad it came up on my search!!!

I haven't stayed at the Flamingo in over 10 years and I wouldn't consider it now. Also the food court is a joke.

Some staff comes from other countries who hate cleaning toilets or even know how to clean properly so it doesn’t surprise me
What a shame. It's just such an iconic casino, so I really hope they decide to do better if enough people make complaints. It really is a darn shame.

I did stay there last year and i did have a smoking room. Thankfully it was decent. I believe i had a renovated room.

Looks like they turned a smoking room into a non smoking room and didn’t remove any stains or refurbish the room first.

we were there about two months ago. we had to ask to switch the rooms because of mold and smell. we don't recommend flamingo at all…
