As a coach my biggest disappointment is that the guys that are fundamentally ready are always ready and the potato that lack every single possible skill are always late and yet can be part of the team. Hehehe love them anyway , school policy 😅😅😅😅😅😅 Love you my potatoes one day at the time hehe
Well, I arrive "on time" when the coach arrives bcs I ride with him or a teammate, otherwise I can be there either 3hrs early (not even possible due to work) or 1hr late😅😂
If youre talking about those 17-18 and above, then it make sense. If youre talking about those below 13 14, try to understand the reason before anything, it could be alot of reason and most of it are not on them.
There were times a kid keep showing up late in the school. he were talented, hardworking and smart thou, but when been asked, or even punished, he never really tell the reason until it was found out that he have to walk 20miles to school every single day, he never told that because he thought most kids doing the same, he didnt knew some were sent by parents via car and he wasnt able to see those because apparently they reach school way earlier.
