Desynchronized lifespans is actually not a problem, really. You can use that as a way to accelerate training of your recently reborn Digimon. Have your fully evolved Digimon beat up stronger enemies, which will give your baby Digimon big stat boosts. It's way more efficient than the gym.
Partner digivolution desync sounds like a downside, but it really isn't… the 'younger' of the two partners gets a hefty boost to stat growth until it catches up to the 'older'. :3

So technically you can get Infermon prior to the endgame. Getting the specific digimon line information from a guide i use when i replay the game and dont feel like having blind digivolutions.
On Gamefaqs, there are two digivolution guides. One is called Digivolution Guide, one is called Evolution Guide. Evolution Guide is SO good and definitely superior to the other.
Anyway, if you get the Tokomon or Nyaromon egg, you can digivolve it to Demidevimon and then you can digivolve it into Chrisalimon and Chrisalimon into Infermon. You need really high stats for them though. However, there's an NPC you can recruit (dont know if you got there yet) where you can block out paths on the digivolution tree and funnel your digimons' evolutions to the ones you want. Because they need high stats, when your digimon reaches the age it needs to digivolve and/or die, your digimon may or may not die first or go to a random mistake-based digivolution, but worth a shot.
You are doing a lot better but you not really doing a lot make sure to look around more to get more digimon back to the city

Yeah I have desync lifespan between mine due to attempting to push both to a mega form. One succeeded and the second ran out of time just two training sessions away from meeting the stat requirement, now my rookie has better stats than the mega so it worked out well.
So todays tip is. Digimon need/want bubbles.
Generally, the food and bathroom needs/wants have about an hour in game time limit to be fulfilled. otherwise they generate a care/training mistake.
Bandage/medicine is a bit more difficult to explain thoroughly but its best to try and get those treated asap. As they can sometimes cause out of battle damage to your hp/shorten lifespan.
Tiredness can be solved by napping at the gym or inside your tent that you get eventually.
Sleep can be done anywhere but best done in jijimons house, the gym, or a tent.
there is also the hidden bubble of old age, this is less of a bubble and more of a physical animation that Digimon play in their last 12 hours or so. it gives you a bit of a timer to go hey any battles/bit farming i need to do i should do it now before reincarnation.
My fav is Ulforce Veedramon, honestly probbaly the MOST OP mega level digimon! Has the rarest upraded version of chrome digizoit(hardest and toughest metal in the digital world), btw wargreymon is using normal chrome digizoit. Has pretty much the fastest speed of all digimons, and the fastest regen speed as well that can heal through deletion attacks! It is Veemon's TRUE mega stage!

megakabutarimon/blue is still part of Tentomon. He is a sub species. Kinda like there a white agumon called snow agumon. A variant they been around since digimon started.
Also go to your tamer menu you can increase the life span. It will help alot.
I feel like you’re gonna need to do lots of grinding if you wanna survive this game, the difficulty ramps up hardcore
Material storage is based on digimon stats, so the more you grind the more you can carry

as for your materials always filling up, it's a separate tab in your bag. haven't actually looked, but it seems like your material bag is small at the beginning, it'll expand to 200 material slots at some point. it empties every time you return to town.
Side note: you should sell all the items you don't need instead of storing them. you got a good chunk of bits just sitting in your storage doing nothing. doesn't matter as much later on where there's easy ways to farm bits. but in the early game, bits are very scarce and you need healing items badly.
I only just realised but im pretty sure the only thing that changes for beginner mode is that your Digimon have massive lifespans compared to what it was on the ps4 version
