    So the megadramons being Ultimate level is only a translation issue.

    Pokemon has a similiar issue, with Ultraballs actually being Hyperballs (they have a H on their lids), so when Ultrabeasts got introduced, they had to call the actual Ultraballs Beast-Balls.
