The count down has already begun for Nationals and it’s time to start doing deck profiles with two things in mind. Number 1, what meta decks will be contenders for Nationals. And number 2, which decks will require more extensive testing and which ones require little to no changes from the BT10/EX3 format?
For this second meta Monday episode for the Road to Nationals Meta Pick, I’ve taken a look at Blackwargreymon X as there are some one techs that not everyone will necessarily run.

  1. this looks cool. I think I've become a dedicated BlackWarGreymon player so it's nice to see this support. I just hope it's not too OP that people get upset at me for playing it, and then I see it around everywhere! I've heard rumors there might be a banlist hit on it though. That might be interesting

    X-Antibody protection seems far less useful than the trash 2 same level one, but the upside is that sweet reduce cost effect and the fact that you don't necessarily have to build in a certain order, making the protection more consistent.

  3. Preemptive RIP for BT8 MetalGreymon, Cool Boy, and deletion prevention lvl4s and lvl5s.

    This deck is pretty close to what I landed on, just glad meta is an after thought around here. Rule of cool usually wins over what is meta.
