2 Ryutaro Williams will trigger at the same time, but their effect is exclusive to one digivolve, like a Training card (which is also why you should be using Memory Boosts instead). Since you have to resolve all of your when attacking triggers before moving on, you attack, activate the first Ryutaro to evo to your level 5, do all of its when digivolvings, then activate the second Ryutaro to evo into your level 6, activate its when digivolvings. That should end the When Attacking phase for you, then the opponent's When Your Opponent Attacks triggers go off. Ryutaro and Tyranno X are how you cheese from 0 to hero very fast.

On your second game because of your metal tyrano effect dinomon cannot be de digivolve and move to hand or bottom deck until the end of opponent turn so dinomon does not leave the field
