  1. As for the Dinobeemon ruling, it never "changed" but there was an errata to make it more clear. But the attacking is tied to giving the Rush. So you can choose not to give Rush and not attack. But if you do give Rush, that Digimon must attack then if able.

  2. Man, I've been playing Veemon Armor Rush since it was bottom tier just because I like Davis and his Digimon, I just wanted the new toy for my deck, why'd he have to be a secret rare that can splash into other decks 😭

  3. Tbh, I feel like BT16 just adds a new annoyances (MagnaX) than changes much up from BT15– I say that as a Gammamon player, who got top 4 in Evo Cup. Same annoying factors remain or get more support in bt16; Immunity, DP reduction, Bouncing and to a lesser but as annoying degree; dedigi. Some of which I can adapt to in my Gamma deck now that we have Zan, but yeah, this is probably gunna to be a Jellymon Amphi/Vikemon Rogue deck or RapidmonX format for myself. Gamma still messes with Nume, more so now with Zan but the other top ends bounce or strip key sources. Funny enough, the MagnaX match-up isn't the worse, but gotta get immortal Wezen going for it to work and a backup boko lol.

  4. Fun fact about Fenrir: You can get the Fenrir to 28K BP cuz of the new soloogarmon. So Tyrant is not an issue. Manganmon isn't an issue too cuz you can just get bigger then it the vast majority of time.

  5. Hearing that a deck is expensive at 200 coming from yugioh… feels surreal. 200 for one of the best if not, the best deck is dirt cheap compared to ygo. This is why i love Digimon and switched about 2 months ago. You guys know how much was snake eyes (ygo deck)? The best deck about a month ago? Almost 1000$. Im never going back to ygo

  6. Where is my child Leopardmon, who gets support in every set and is definitely not cope? You at least smack around Tyrant and Mirage, aka the non-Heaven's contingent of the top 2 tiers.

  7. How is it that this format is the first high power format in a while if the format has changed with every release? Is the power level reeled in every so often?

  8. What I learn from this video. Hoang hates Mirage. Mirage must have done some damage to this guy. On some professional hater stuff today! He still hears the word “bounce” while he wakes up in a cold sweat in the dead of night. As he tries to go back to sleep the phrase “swing with jamming” startles him yet again. Remember the moral of the story people. Blue doge scary. That’s it.

  9. FYI, you can Fire Rocket a Magnamon X, you just have to have an Armor Form Digimon on board to meet the activation requirement. After that, Fire Rocket can apply to any Digimon, as long as it has 2 or more colors.

  10. The reason that malo doesn’t have a good 4 is bc you don’t play 4’s in the deck, or at least don’t need to. The deck is built around reducing play cost on the 5’s and then cycling through them and myotismon ace to get into your 6’s.

I play the deck very actively and love it. I don’t think it’s tiered bc it has a huge weakness to non deletion removal, but it is a very viable deck that stands under its own engine very well.

  11. About Malo: the payoff of doing all that is to burn your opponent's security as fast as possible. In some games the only attack you need is for game. Like you said, the deck has legs but it plays so differently from a normal deck (it's the most yugi deck I played so far) that you really need to master it and you need a very good list to pull of the gameplan consistently against meta. Another problem is that it's very weak against bounce effect, against blue Myotismon ACE is just 3 memory sitting around. There isn't much you can do about that unless they don't print something that gives protecion from boucing

  12. 16:00 you don't know how you beat Mirage? They take like 7 turns using Memory Boosts and Trainings. Simply outspeed them.
    Also what's a good matchup?
My Beelze says hi. There's 10 Nukes in the deck, each card in Security has 20% chance of being one. Then, they'll need like 3 Turns to get back to lvl.7. I also just return 7th Full Cluster from the Trash to the Bottom of my deck Digivolving into BeelzeX deleting their stack for free as I OTK them back.

Alternatively, DBrigade simply pumps out so many bodies he can never go for the Security, or simply outspeeds it. He can't bounce your stack with 2 inherited protections from leaving the field.

  13. My inner Leomon fangirl is a bit offended. Couple of HeavyLeomon has taken top places in Europe. Leomon is quite consistent. And fast. If you have Mimi as a tamer, you also have a great advantage. You can also upgrade it significantly with Lilymon Ace, DarkTyrannomon Ace or Quartzmon, for example. Of course it's not a Tier 1, but at least a Tier 3… and most of all, it’s fun.
