  1. john YOURE WRONG. Campbell and the lions already told the refs pregame about this play. And Decker communicated with allen and allen nodded his head at him but ran off and assumed it was skipper. So ITS CLEARLY ALLENS FAULT. Detroit doesnt want to give away the trick play, thats legal on detroits part but allen was just assuming. Thats it. And the refs are downgraded lol the Lions arent getting blamed for this decker isnt to blame brad allen is. Which is why he and his crew WONT be officiating any playoff games any time soon. But it still helped the cowboys, jerry jones and jimmy johnson night , screw dallas and the refs.

  2. It all comes back too light just like the "refs" said dez didn't catch it 🤷.It all comes full circle when the cowboys get called for this and that. But when the cowboys played and didn't argue a call goes the way it did cowboys had no input so , human error, bad call who cares , it is what it is, stop hating and HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS 💪💪💪

  3. Know this: the reason Decker was so wide open was because the Dallas defense was told number 70 was eligible; not number 68, Decker. Had there been no confusion, Dallas would have been told that number 68 was eligible and probably would have had coverage on him.

  4. Why everyone acting like they ain’t try to play action the eligible lineman.. they practiced exactly the way they executed. 3 lineman reported to the referee.. normally it’s the lineman running on the field late who is the extra receiver. So they got too fancy and the ref wasn’t having no part of it

  5. This goof canceled the egregious tripping goof. All is well. Hutch sticks his leg out and the zebras flag Dallas, which turned 2nd-and-3 at the 22 into 1st-and-25 at the 44.

And I’m old enough to remember the 1981 game in Detroit. The Lions won on a walk-off FG with 12 men on the field. Took 42 years, but now their fans know what it feels like. 🙂

  6. Parry is full of it. Decker is directly in front of Allen, saying ‘report’ and swiping the front of his jersey as is customary. Skipper never even makes it to Allen before Allen turns away and moves towards the defense. What is Decker supposed to do? Follow Allen back to the Cowboys defense and do Allen’s job of informing the Cowboys defense? Allen should be fired. End of line- and this is coming from a Cowboys fan.

  7. Dan Cambell LITERALLY told the refs pregame that if they got into a 2pt conversion play. 68 would be the lineman eligible, the audacity of these people to still blame the Lion's players is insane

  8. If you watch the wide view, you will see 70 running onto the field with left hand up and right hand rubbing his chest/belly. That is the "I'm declaring eligible" signal. That wide view also shows the ref looking at him as this is occurring.

  9. Starting to see the weight and influence of the NFL. Everyone knew that the ref made a blantant and egregious error, which seemingly appeared deliberate to cost the Lions a win. Especially in light of the details that this very play was shown to the officials before the game and the players that were going to be used along with the play. #70 was being used as eligible the whole game for the lead up of the bait and switch to #68 for game winning play. Lions did it, refs blew it. Now all of the commentators are switching to blaming the Lions for 3 players approaching the ref. It was a deliberate distraction towards the Cowboys. The NFL is to blame on this one. Former players have already commented by saying that having multiple guys by the officials is normal for the purpose of distraction of their opponents. Lions, one of the smallest NFL markets beat the Cowboys, the NFL's largest market. This is the real reason of this "error" in officiating.

  10. #70 is running up to get his attention that he’s eligible and they seem to be confused who’s doing what #70 looks like he was understanding his assignment and 68and #58 just standing around waiting for a sandwich

  11. The part I don’t understand is if the refs announce who is eligible why are the lions trying yo confuse Dallas when the ref will tell them anyways. Lions tried getting to cute with 3 lineman around the ref and screwed themselves

  12. Only 6 players (including the QB) can be eligible to get a pass in American football. I see 73, 77, 60,70, 58, 68 – six players with down lineman numbers on the field. Their are five other players on the field all with numbers associated with eligibility. Meaning only one lineman could be eligible. I think everyone is missing the forest for the trees here…am I wrong?

  13. Can we talk about the refs calling a tripping penalty on the series before against the Cowboys when it was Aiden Hutchison that tried to trip Pollard. If that call was made correctly, the possibility is high that there never would have been a game tying drive to begin with.

  14. 70 came in giving the signal he was reporting: his left hand is up and his right hand is covering his jersey number. So he gives the hand signal and the ref is clearly looking at 70. 68 NEVER gives the hand signal. And we also know that the ref announced 70 as the eligible receiver. Not 68. I believe the Lions were trying to deliberately conceal who was the eligible receiver, and they got too cute for their own good.

  15. The referees didn't mess up they got it Right 70 reported 68 was out there as a pawn he got caught in a Lie trying to make it look like a referee didn't hear him as reporting the Detroit Lions are the new Houston Astros of the NFL now even they are so confused that the coach doesn't know what to Say the keep counteracting their previous responses when you get caught in a lie you lose the game as it should be

  16. Decker walked up standing there, that is not reporting! Skipper was running towards him arm up and brushing his jersey, obviously reporting. Quit blaming the ref. They tried to trick the Cowboys and instead tricked the ref. Lions failed.
