Big Herc916 channel is about motivating people to pursue their goals and dreams in life. I believe that everyone deserves positive mentorship and guidance. I learned first-hand the importance of having positive influences and environments to step into and grow in. I promised myself that I would do what I could to pave the way for others who the lacked the guidance. I believe it’s never too late to pick yourself up and turn yourself around. I am a living example. I know if I could do well for others and achieve the things I have achieved, then I would blow you away by showing you what’s possible for you.

  1. Big Herc, I'm sure you have to be smart enough, to know that people aren't actually voting for this! I hope? It's all political corruption and you know it, so stop sh*tting on the average hard working, God fearing Californians. You used to be so cool, but now you've become an arrogant Youtuber, seriously bro! Stop the fakery!

  2. Big Herc — great video. Would recommend you read the book San Fransicko by Michael Shellenberger. He doesn't the best job of explaining this mess. I'm also a Bay Area native and looking to get out. I don't see them turning it around.

  3. By the looks of it, you would think. I grew up out here. The money has been getting stolen for years, they've flooded the place with illegal immigrants, drugs and legislation up that ass that will terrify anyone and there are cartel out here.

  4. It hurts me to see San Francisco the way it is now. I grew up in San Fran and had to leave because of the soaring costs of living but my main attachment to this city is that it was my late mom's favorite city. So much so that she climbed her way out of Sacramento to work a huge law firm in San Fran.

I'm just glad that she cant see what's been done to her city. She died during covid (not because of covid) but I think it would break her heart to see just how destroyed and lifeless the city became post covid era.

  5. And the real tragedy is they’ll still keep voting for the same people who push these policies all because they have a certain letter next to their name. šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø

  6. Go watch ā€œthe film communist dont want you to seeā€ explains everything. There are terms used that arent used now but listen to how they do it. They use socialism to get communism. They use certain groups to fight each other and get what they want.šŸ¤” much deeper than we think.

  7. Theirs nothing for the youth to hop into right after middle school sports aint doing shit to the youth. Bring back trades…programs fpr the youth….california has stopped investing in our youth. The out of control youth is to blame for what we see but the ones who are in charge take the whole basket to blame.

  8. crime is way way down in Oakland so Newsome I doing a good job with law and order, plus calif just voted to make crime a crime punishable by the law, there is a lot of very smart people running calif. Oakland is one of Harris's greatest achievements and she is very proud of itšŸ‘šŸ’™šŸŒˆ

  9. The problem is obvious. The commercialization of crisis.

Immigration crisis creates jobs and profits for businesses. People are getting rich off the taxpayer, and the government is an accomplice.

The drug crisis same creates jobs.

    The jail system

    The health system

    The education system

They have 0 incentive to solve problems.

This is why less government at the moment, at least, is better. It is clear they do not know how to manage taxpayer money and have abused their power.

The government stopped working for the people a long time ago.

  10. Great video! Grew up in Oakland in the 70s it was like re living my childhood. In fact my pops and his brother went to Oakland tech and my grandparents arrived there in 1900.My dad used to ride his bike through the Caldecott tunnel. My opinion is very poor unqualified leadership. I have been working with a core group of business owners and operators and we have made some progress, there are still many good people there that are really pissed off right now and they are making their voices heard. The leaders of the city can not deny tat they are a failure bu we got rid of the mayor and the DA .It’s a dangerous place and I would not recommend going there.

  11. I was born and raised in San Francisco, California, 1978. And I still live in San Francisco. I lived throughout the 80s and 90s and early 2000s, but the last four years have been the worst I’ve ever seen my city. I love my city, and hopefully one day it can bounce back. Don’t get me wrong, we still have many beautiful places, scenic routes, but now we have just a lot of zombies, criminals, and bippers! Don’t get me wrong, the city still has its beautiful scenic routes, amazing places to visit, but now it’s just a lot more dangerous when you go outside. Shout out from San Francisco, California, and happy New Year’s to everyone.!

  13. I wasn’t gonna comment cuz I’m not originally FROM Cali (just been there a bit) and have no credibility on this BUT what u said at @12:40 is exactly what I felt the issue was. *No one cared about anything*. Rich people didn’t care about anything cuz they could afford to hide from any problems and just replace anything that was lost/broken. People without money didn’t care about anything because they didn’t feel ownership of anything and felt like they never would own nice things (real estate, stuff etc). So both groups didn’t care bout anything but for opposite reasons.

I think two reasons for this are diversity and geography. Diversity, not in a racist way but in that most people in Cali especially those with money aren’t originally from there. It’s not their hometown they feel no connection. You might have a neighborhood in Berkeley with all millionaires, 30% from India 30% from China and 30% from New York and not a single one really feels connected or gives af to what’s happening in the area beyond their neighborhood. They’re not gonna spend their money on making the region better when they don’t feel connected to it. Which brings me to geography, unlike New York for example, so cal and the bay are such big areas that people (with money) can afford to move away from problems rather than face them every day. This stuff also makes it extremely vulnerable to corruption. Look at Shang Tao Oakland mayor. When she had the choice to make Oakland better, or do dirt with her Asian mob friends which did she choose?

I was thinking about like the restarting of the guardian angels on the subway in NYC you would never see that kind of looking out for the community on the west coast, and part of the reason is that in NY they subway is used by everyone (Kinda), millionaires from wall st, college kids, artists, broke ppl, etc whereas I can’t imagine a finance guy taking the LA metro to work when he has the option of driving.
