  4. Disclosure is happening in the skies and through Earth's emissary for the Galactic Federation of Worlds Elena Danaan. When Trump was asked by the Earth Alliance (aka White Hats) in 2015 to run for president, he was briefed on the history of alien contact with the US government. The MJ12 signed the Greada Treaty with the Nebu greys behind Eisenhower's back in 1954 after he'd been warned by Pleiadians from the GFW not to make any deals with them. Here are the terms of the Greada Treaty which the US government agreed to and which enabled the regressive ETs to harvest humans for genetic experiments (millions of human-grey hybrids were created), blood, food (children were fed alive to the reptilians) adrenochrome, sex slaves, soul scraping (where the human soul is removed from a living person and replaced with the soul of a reptilian):

    GREADA TREATY (from Elena Danaan's disclosure book A Gift From the Stars)
    -The aliens would not interfere in our affairs, and we would not interfere in theirs;
    -The US Government would keep their presence on Earth secret;
    -The aliens would furnish the US with advanced technology;
    -The aliens could abduct humans and livestock on a limited basis for medical examination and monitoring;
    -The people subjected to experiments would not be harmed, and returned to their point of abduction with no recollection of the event;
    -The US government could also do a medical examination and genetic experiments with aliens;
    -They should share the results;
    -The aliens would be granted secret facilities for their accommodations and experiences.

    The regressive ETs were given access to the deep underground military bases in the US with the primary hub being the base in Dulce, New Mexico. This resulted in millions of abductions between 1954 and 2021. The regressive ETs were finally expelled from Earth and our solar system in late 2021 by the GFW after a four-years long war and a 5th density shield was placed around our solar system to prevent the return of the regressive ETs by the Intergalactic Confederation (aka the Seeders).

    The above explains why the US government will never disclose anything more than crumbs to the public. The ontological shock would destroy the rat-race which keeps our world going. Disclosure is happening, with the size, scope and frequency of the UFOs/orbs increasing gradually until it reaches a critical mass where it can no longer be denied, hidden or ignored by the public, media and government. Elena Danaan has stated she believes that in 2027 members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds will openly make contact with humanity.

  27. Trump can sign whatever he wants, it won't have any effect whatsoever on the private defense contractors in the USAP sphere. They aren't beholden to him or the government. That's exactly why they exist, and the DOD and the three letter agencies did it to keep that tech out of government interference/oversight/authority. They are an illegal shadow government on all their own.
