So the New World dev team made a serious mistake somehow and on some servers the amount of taxes players received got multiplied by 100 times. This caused many players to hit the coin cap or get close to it. It’s created another New World gold dupe scenario and we’ll see how they handle it this time.
They better act fast because for once I truly can’t see any way out of this one other than actual server rollbacks. Unless they truly think they can put all the items back in place and put them back to their original owners and on the trading post for their original listing prices, then these servers need a rollback for real this time.
Not all servers were affected. My server is unaffected and I know of some other people whose servers were not affected by this. It makes me wonder if this New World coin dupe glitch was exclusive to one region like EU or something.
So that’s the situation with the New World money dupe problem. Now for the free New World harvesting gear. So they decided to yoink that last second for reasons that barely make sense. While yes, I can see some logic to it, at the same time the gear is straight doodoo for PvP and PvE. Now if a lower level player got a full 600 gear score set that they could equip at low level it could get weird, but only if they play mage, and even though, does that really matter?
Is it worth disappointing 95% of the playerbase just to keep things fair for the remaining 10% of players who are still low level? This game has evolved to the late game where most players are high level now. It’s unfortunate but that’s the decision they made last second. So none of us will be receiving free harvesting gear at this time, but they do plan on giving it to us later, but the details have not been made public yet.

Economy is ruined and they cant just give everyone a bajillion gold cause it would ruin the economy even more.
Maybe they added a "," comma instead of a "." period (like people in EU did in Trading Post)

ye when I logged in an hour ago 19 out of 25 who were online from my guild got 300k+ coins

You've made me reinstall the game to find out if i won the lottery.. and as for the harvester gloves, my gloves were the same graphic as you showed, but we str and dex. Not int. I have to admit most of the gloves i've seen are int only with reinforced harvesting buff, but mine were str and dex and I think i found them myself. gs was around 552 or something.
Im impressed how they manage to do this misstake on all EU servers only. Basically all EU servers are down now for 1 hour. Most likely a roleback gonna happen( its like chronobreak) times goes back soo all we farmed in I dont know couple of hours gonna be lost. Of course theres gonna be no compensation for that . Cause will trigger another problem for sure .Im still gonna play the game even with 300players online on my server in the peak day time. But I can see more people leaving thegame just because of the everyday almost patches. And bugs.

PvP not an issue? This game has PvP scaling, so just imagine a level 5 player fighting a level 60. The scaling is supposed to compensate for the fact that the low-level player has terrible stats, but with a 600 GS set, the player will be insanely overpowered for the level. So no, that's not stupid or false…. They could just give out gear with level requirements, but it would suck for those who have to level to be able to use it again. With how long this is taking, it might be the better option for many.
Playing mmos for 25 years and this is the most broken game I have ever played, but its still fun and still will play it lol.

This is it for me, 600 hours in. I can’t take this anymore, i have maxed out every stat, have nearly perfect armor and I’m seriously just gonna quit. This has been the biggest shit show of a game I have ever played in 15 years of playing video games. Its funny too because you would think since its AMAZON they have an unlimited fucking budget to fix there shit. Amazon games should seriously never release another title after this.

I quit after the trade nurfs and 2nd frozen trade . I keep up on things to come back when they are fixed. This doesn't give me hope.
I am done, at this point so much has gone wrong they need to bring the servers down and do a full reset reopen it as alpha and then do the same again in 6 months but as beta and then this time next year assuming they actualy fix all the issues that keep poping up THEN do a proper release. I have not done a single exploit have gone out of my way to avoid exploits and I just feel like I am being punished for playing fairly AH is totaled and due to all the constant chnages and bring things online and offline I am so far behind others that its just not fun anymore.

The way I understood the horticulture gear was it would be the highest GS of items the player acquired, not the highest GS in game. IMO.

My suspicion is that the horticulture chests were increasing everybody's water mark to 600.
