  1. I would think that from the owners down, that they would realize the amount of money they are making in the current culture and pay the coordinators enough to keep them in Detroit.
    Why would they want to leave if they are rewarded accordingly ? You don't leave Big fish 🐟 to find Big fish 😂 !
    The challenges they will face are enormous. #1 they will be managing a staff and no longer the coordinators position that they are so great at.
    #2 most head coaching jobs come on the heals of someone being fired.
    #3 you have to build a coaching staff with hopes that it somehow is as good as where you are.
    #4 you are probably walking into a situation where you lack player's which has its challenges that don't always work out. #5 how much are the owners invested in being the best, and are you going to have the same quality upper management, like the GM, president, vice president, and can they get you what you need are some important things to consider.
    I think Johnson and Glen are both comfortable in Detroit so it's going to take a lot to get them to leave. It could be the start of a dynasty if they stay ! Go Lions, from here to 2030 !

  2. You mention how you believe it will be Rams Lions in the NFC championship game. I'm of the view the Bucs will be our opponent in the NFC championship game. I guess we will see how it shakes out.

  4. Congrats on your channel D! Much deserved. I never watched football. Being from California always a Lakers fan until we lost Kobe so stopped watching sports. My mom was hospitalized 2023. She watched football in the hospital so i started watching with her. I always thought football was boring, i saw the Lions play and said, this team is not boring I like them. My mom said they where the underdog, which made me like them more. Now i got my whole family into them. Back then, i had no idea their back story and how loyal their fans are. I learned a lot watching your channel, i think it was the first Lions channel i watched and enjoyed. Thanks 4 your content!
