I would hope so, even if not one of the top 2 or 3,, you would hope they would get at least top 5 or 6, I would love to get Hunter though because I'm afraid Bears will take him and he'd be great opposite of Hutch but it makes since because I think it's easier to find a starting pass rusher then a starting CB in the draft.i think KC iars being a little greedy. I don't understand that if Sneed is a FA how they have the right to put a ransom on him. I would love Sneed but I wouldn't give a lot of draft capital when you have to pay the guy that kind of money. How is this FA? it's a trade I just see Brad Holmes doing a 1st round pick when a guy he loves could fall whether it's CB or other position. What if JPJ falls or one of these great OL or DL pass rushers fall, you never know in the draft
He will cost to much and i don't think he fits what Brad Holmes is looking for. I would get a pass rusher first.

There is nothing more precious to BH than his draft capital. There is no way BH surrenders draft picks and money for ANY player. Hitting on draft picks is the only way BH is going to be able to pay everyone and keep the team intact. BH has already told us there will be no big contract trades or free agents. I choose to believe him rather than the player agents who are behind all these crazy rumors.

The biggest hurdle the lions face is their first round drafting position. Sneed is a 🐕 dogggg. And only getting better.

I’ve said that signing a vet CB is the way to go, and use the 1st rounder for Dline and 1 of the 2nd rounders for Oline. Draft another WR like Owens from Texas or McCaffrey. I just think them being from football families means they will have that Grit already.
Give the Chiefs a 3rd this year and a 3rd next year so we can keep our first 2 picks and draft DE Darius Robinson at #29 and maybe CB Mikey Sarinstill or however you spell his name in the 2nd round or a Guard/Tackle
