  1. Grubb, what do you mean people don't have a choice in online requirements? Yes we do! There are DRM-free games out there! Tons of them! We can buy them instead. That's not the transition from physical to digital. That's the transition from Ubisoft making things I want to buy to being a lousy company.

  2. I obviously can't argue against the Switches success, but if it wasn't for occasionally going back to Smash Bros and mario Kart, I'm not sure I would have turned mine on bmmuch at all between BotW and TotK.

    I'm much more likely to put 50-100 hours into a massive triple a game than an equal amount of time into multiple small indie games. There are many indie games I enjoy once or twice but I rarely go back to them more than that.

  3. I enjoy those ultra graphics, 4k, ray tracing Cyberpunk 2077 train ride videos, but only as fun tech demos so I can ogle at how fantastic everything looks. But I don't actually have a desire to play an actual video game like that.
