  2. I have now spent 😂4 days, on Neptune trying to get 2 round robin red borders, probably more than 4 days. I’ve come to the conclusion that red boarder drops are broken. I have gotten over 5 round robins, no red border, and tons of other useless drops. What can I do??? Help me please?

  3. Glad you said it, though how many content creators would lose revenue? (Just tell us the damage numbers!) Only reason I don't think they come straight out is the constant bug/fixes/breaks, plus it gets the player to play/choose what works more for synergies

  4. Not giving numbers gives content creators something to do and exposure for the game. Changing meta and weapon's worth using is asset cycling along with recycling and changing, all of this stuff is Bungie's forte, stretching content life and getting players into the Destiny universe ratrace.

  5. I'm still waiting for my Mask of the Quiet One buff

    Dreaded Visage

Grants ability energy when taking(5%) and dealing damage(2.5%) (1 second cooldown). When critically wounded, regain maximum health on kills, which grant stacks of dreaded Visage that increase weapon damage and damage resistance (when critically wounded, ONLY RECOVERY stat can regenerate shield, all healing and restoration effects only heal to 70hp, to balance damage resist)

Becoming Critical wounded gives 1 stack of dreaded Visage.

Heals you to 70 HP on Kill if Critical and healing to 70 hp gives 1 stack of dreaded Visage, for a max of 3 stacks. (Kills, healing, and any restoration effects that heal you up to 70hp give 1 stack)

All healing and restoration caps at 70 hp, only recovery stat can heal out of Critical state. Stacks only last during critical phase, does not apply when shielded

Adding small amount of ability regen when dealing damage gives more control to player in higher end activity where taking damage might not always be optimal, also encourages more aggressive gameplay

    Weapon damage scale

    • [PVE] 1x = 15% | 2x = 20% | 3x = 25%

    • [PVP] 1x = 4.4% | 2x = 5.5% | 3x = 6%

    Damage resist scale

    • [PVE] 1x = 25% | 2x = 40% | 3x = 50%

    • [PVP] 1x = 5% | 2x = 7.5% | 3x = 10%

Generates 5% Class, Grenade, and Melee Energy every time take damage and generates 2.5% ability energy when dealing damage

1 second cooldown between activations (separate cool downs for taking and dealing damage)

(Same concept can be achieved for grenades on strand subclass with thread of generation)

This rework aims to make the Mask of the Quiet One play out as a very unique high risk high reward exotic that can greatly enhance the titan power fantasy as a deadly front line juggernaut, dishing out more damage the more they take. The more active, engaged, and aggressive you are, the more you will be rewarded with abilities, increased damage,  and more resistance, allowing you to dominate the battle field with sheer aggression.

  6. I’m incredibly confused by their decisions. Like are we allowed to shoot while in the air? Are we not? It feels really terrible being a hunter in pvp atm. And I’m speaking for the Hunters who are actually moving around the map, not the ones crutching Le Monarque. The change to stompeez just hurts us even more. Like we literally build around our dodge and with this change we’re not allowed to use it.

It’s bad enough we get penalized for how the stat system works, we already have to sacrifice a major stat because, hey guess what, the other two classes don’t have to spec into mobility at all so they just freely get trip 100’s in res, recov, and discipline or whatever they need.

All the while Warlocks can abuse the skybox/outside of map with heat rises and is damn near uncatchable/able to get away from when using Icarus dash. The Ophidians “nerf” won’t even have a real impact on its use. Titans are going to be able to freely ape us even more with knockout/shoulder charge/juggernaut/shotgun combo. Stompeez allowed us to create space and actually force a primary duel instead of just taking an almost unwinnable melee/shotgun dual against an ophidian shotgunning warlock or knockout/shoulder charge/jugg/shotgunning titan.

It’s almost laughable that they mentioned “it makes targeting Hunters in pvp very difficult on controller.” I mean that is the most catered to casuals dev comment I’ve ever seen. Are they unable to look up!? Didn’t realize D2 pvp was such a linear game. Sorry your aim assist only did 60% of the work while you couldn’t handle the rest.

Only like the top 2% of hunters knew how to truly abuse stompeez. The rest were just using them because it made the jump feel better and actually gave them a chance to get away from an aping titan or Icarus dashing warlock.

A lot of the Hunter exotics are too niche which is why stompeez were so popular. Neutral game/movement exotics feel good on all classes across the board. Ophidians/transversives, dunemarchers/whatever the hell titans use, and stompeez. Let them ALL feel good! Not this bs where one class gets crippled, another gets a slap on the wrist and the other gets virtually unchanged.

Idk I’m gonna end my rant here. Hopefully what I mentioned above made sense and hopefully they change stompeez back to the way it was before adding AE in the game.

  7. They should have just made it so Raiju's Harness built up a charge as you block, then released the explosion. Not saying it would make it good, but I seriously loved using Raiju's Harness in mayhem…RIP my blocking reflective buddy 🫡

Also the star fire nerf should have been 5%, the 2.5 feels like they just gutted it without filling the void left behind by bad super exotics on Warlock. Or if I was in charge I would have nerfed the percent gain a little bit and add some sort of escalating damage nerf when the same target takes damage from repeated fusion grenades.
Because unfortunately at the end of the day 99% of warlocks will still be forced to use well of radiance and have like zero choice of exotics to pair with it. Sad day for the wellock…sad day.

  8. After 10,000 years Dune Marchers, Stompees and Starfire Protocol are finally being nerfed!!! Yes. It’s what happens when players abuse cheese and not actually use skill in PvP. I guess it’s hard to in an FPS space magic game, but now look what happened. In the future, players should try their own unique builds, rather than copy/search up the “optimal” PvP load out. Most of the nerfs since the inception of D2, were from cheese abuse. The Immortal was different however, Bungie literally told everyone “you might want to hunt for the new Strand sub machine gun next season for a particular set of rolls” and just said what rolls it was, people went after that and yeah it was a crazy roll. Curious how many buffs/nerfs D2 had compared to D1. At this point either take PvP out of the game since it can’t be balanced or just make everything OP and stop trying to balance the game until their new PvP focused game comes out, where the balancing truly would matter
Irionic enough the game is called “Matter”

  9. So does hitting an enemy with your melee without it being a powered melee no longer reload only your currently equipped weapon? Instead you must get a kill with powered melee for it to trigger?

As someone who mains Hunter and has since day one, and uses Sealed Ahamkara almost exclusively unless a situation calls for a different exotic out of necessity (not because sealed ahamkara is meta, but they look dope and after 4+ years I have never gotten a single other arm-slot armor piece that campares to thr stat roll I have on them) and I can say that this "buff", aside from the temporary movement buff, isn't the upgrade Bungie seems to think it is.

This exotic armor isn't especially amazing, it falls into a catagory I refer to as "universally useful" because there's no situation that it isn't convenient to refill your weapon magazine with just a quick smack upside the head of whatever is in front of you, and while there was something of a cooldown at how frequently it could be triggered, it's always been nice.

I've wanted them to take a look at this armor and beef ut up in some way for a while, but this is NOT what I had hoped for. If I'm Understanding this right, it's usefulness is tied entirely to your melee stat?

I had been on the fence of giving up on the game due to the pricing scheme change they're making for season pass purchases, but this does little to encourage me to stick with it 🙃

And to be clear, my gripe isn't the price increase, 12 dollars for a season pass seems more than fair to me (assuming going forward seasons are worthwhile) but putting it behind the blatantly transparent and scummy silver BS is what has me deciding to shelve the game, and I've been playing since day one D1.

  10. 1) raiju’s harness should be like ursa and give us 50% or our super back while also creating orbs while blocking.

    2) terrible radiance dance machine change bcos right you can slam 3 times and get your dodge back easily. I rather have 3 slams than 1.

    3) stompees…another exotic being butchered in pve bcos of pvp. Seriously…just remove pvp and make it a separate game so everything can be balanced separately.

    4) dunemarchers being punished in pve bcos of pvp makes no sense. Should have only nerfed damage against guardians.

    5) star-fire protocol should have received a 50% nerf at max. Tho instead of nerfing the handful viable damage picks just buff everything else so there’s variety.

And lastly…non stacking buffs for exotics is complete trash. Why am I not allowed to gain more damage if I decide to build into it? It’s completely bs.

  11. I find it funny how they're so good at knowing what makes good exotics good that they will perfectly nuke a good exotic targetting it's exact strenghts, but then when it comes to trash exotics they are a mile off the mark on why that exotic is bad as is evident by their puny "buffs"
