  1. DeSantis is such a liar. He sounds like Trump. Just move on because he screwed up. FL is #1 in economy? Try #1 in crazies.
He wanted them to stay open because he was a Covid denier not because he wanted to help Disney.

  2. I wonder if the extremely hot summer this year has the bats active during daytime and seeking cooler places to be. Maybe build additional bat house(s) nearby? I think Eric mentioned they already have bat houses at Ft. Wilderness (last night).

  3. 🌐 I loved OG CommuniCore-it was a place of inspiration for the future and included a “mini CES” for the latest and greatest tech. CommuniCore Hall is now just another spot with some murals of what used to be “old EPCOT.”

  5. Something kind of bothers me. I know it isn’t quite my business but just wondering how come the live action Sanderson Sisters aren’t added to the Disney parade. I know Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle are great in their Sanderson Sisters costume but I’m actually talking about the live action characters that cast members might love to play.

  6. I have been going to WDW since 1976 from NJ, this was the hottest week we ever felt, also VERY CROWDED. It is untrue that it is a ghost town. British tourists by the thousands, must have been a special deal for last week and this week.

  7. Tom, I agree 100% that WDW needs to "reinvent" the old attractions that we all love and miss. Horizons,Dreamfinder with Figment, Cranium Command etc. At Studios, they really need to bring back the Great Movie Ride and a backstage tram tour.

  8. Really appreciate your coverage , as a UK viewer, we come annually and rely on your information to keep informed.
Love the information regarding new food etc but I find it very off putting to see the person ‘showing’ the food, with long gel or acrylic nails, couldn’t concentrate on the food at all.

  9. he shouldn’t comment about Disney’s corporate brand and culture values. It’s petty and invasive of government, he can make a case about rescinding privileges, but it was clear DeSantis was just using Disney for his grandstanding for his platform. A real leader would have called the CEO of their biggest employee and work it out. But that wasn’t what he wanted, he was using Disney to get headlines. Period. It’s all about campaigning and political points. Ow th@t business is down and it hurts Florida and Disney, they have no choice but to do what they should have done 1 year ago

  10. I had no idea that the legal system worked on the basis of the defendant asking the plaintiff nicely to please stop suing them because the defendant has decided that theyve now 'moved on'.

Perhaps we should all try that. 'Okay, you have all these unpaid parking tickets and traffic violations. Pay us now or we'll see you in court'. 'Nah, sorry pal – I've moved on'.

  11. About six years ago (IIRC) there was a massive bat colony in the attic of the Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square. I was working as a pastel artist on the porch under the eaves of the building, and it was fun to see the bats come out after sunset. But the droppings were accumulating on the ground in front of the silhouette cart, and bat guano can cause a health hazard, so then management had to do something about the bats. (what, I don't remember.) Shortly afterward, the shop was closed for an extensive refurb/remodel… coincidence?

  12. Desatan is a joke lol. He should drop his presidential bid. On a side note, I cannot believe that some boring water walkway thing has taken this long to complete. You would think with the time that it’s take some big budget ride is coming.
