Why would Zeigler give out any information about trades or player moves? Makes no sense.
The reason we haven't been in the playoffs is they haven't had a defense in years. Go back over the years good defenses wins playoffs. You can get a Chandler Jones that is a pass rusher that is over 30:and think you've done something.

I think RJ makes a great point about Ziegler's comments on a possible Carr trade. It sounds like he's got nothing going right now. Ziegler literally says that teams are going to want Carr, not that teams already want Carr. So, I'm wondering if there's just no team that wants to trade for him or if there aren't any teams that Carr wants to go to that are willing to trade for him. Ziegler has less than 2 weeks to put a trade together, or he has to cut Carr. Right now, it sounds like he's going to cut Carr.

I think Adam is spot on with his assessment of Carr personality he has this kinda awkward weirdness and from watching all his pressers over the years i don’t think he was ever really pressed by the Vegas guys and the few times they got close to criticizing him he got squirmy showed how sensitive he was. The New York guys would feast on that
We need to forget about winning now after watching the real competitive teams in the NFL we’re nowhere near the caliber of those teams we need to draft well stock pics nail free agency and build an NFL caliber defense with the mindset of being competitive for longevity

Durability is a major part of your skill set. RBs don't get paid because they don't last long. You have to put that in Jimmy Garoppolo comparisons.
It's weird that people know you can't build a championship team unless you have a great QB on a rookie contract. Why does paying them so much after that happen if it keeps you from winning a title? What's the point?
