  1. Have no expectations of nobody. I live by that. I don't expect jack from josh mickey d's. I don't expect Adams to be back. Adams isn't playing with his family, life, career, etc. Adams is a true baller. But he ain't playing no games! Adams WILL bounce if Carr isn't back next year as the starter. I love how the Raiders don't retire jersey numbers. I feel the same. When I see 37, that's Lester Hayes out there, 34 that's Bo Jackson out there, 21 that's Cliff Branch out there, 77 that's Lyle Alzado out there. And the new wave ain't living up to it! I think most of these cats reeeaaally don't know what that shield means to us fans that's been riding with this organization since damn near the year the team was founded! There was a time where I truly believe regardless of the sport, ANY professional athlete would WANT TO play FOR the Raiders! And now? You got cats that WANT TO be there and yet they're not even on the bench, they out of the building. And yeah yeah yeah diggs and aj browns of the world do their thing. But they ain't Adams! And NOW Adams prob gonna bounce. And rightfully so. It's a straight up dumpster fire with the mystery juices percolating at the bottom. sigh RN4L

  2. Matthew what’s good I was at work yesterday and tried to leave comment but didn’t get a chance to hear your response. If Adams left do you think it’s possible and smart for the Raiders to trade Adams to a team that has a top 1-4 Pick in the 2023 NFL Draft (meaning if that happens Raiders will have the 1-4 Pick from Adams and their current 9th Pick in the first round)???

  3. Wished I had caught the live stream. You what I find so funny about all the people buying into McDaniels and the Patriot Way, is their little understanding of the origins of the whole system. Only one coach has done shit in this system without Tom Brady, Bill Parcels. The system goes back to the 70's Patriots, and was brought to the New York Giants under Ray Perkins who hired a linebackers coach to be his DC in Bill Parcels, Parcels was promoted to head coach after Perkins took the Alabama job when Bear Bryant retired. Parcels is the only coach in the system who didn't need Tom Brady to win, and well he had LT so there is that. I'm not shitting on the system, Parcels won two Super Bowls and lost a third with New England in the 90's and then you add all the championships and Super Bowls by Belicheck and they certainly had a great system, but it's long in the tooth, having been developed in the mid 70's under coach Perkins and coach Erhardt, its designed around old school pocket QB's and was originally a ground and pound offense. In fact the guy who really opened up the passing game in the offense was not Josh McDaniels but Bill O'Brian. Josh added little to nothing from what Charlie Weiss was doing other than drawing up.neat truck plays and it was O'Brian who came in when McDaniels went to Denver who updated the passing scheme, and Josh waltzed back in and just kept the new wrinkles O'Brian added. He is fraud, never developed a system or playbook of his own and has lived off the coattails of Parcels, Belicheck, Weiss, and O'Brian.

  4. Unfiltered Live… I understand and share your concern with obtaining credible or accurate information. Whenever Ownership, GM's or Coaches are announcing official statements regarding acquiring/releasing players, roster movement or transactions via signings it has been my experience to always listen very carefully to what's being said- it's not always what you've heard!
For example: When the NFL approved Derek Carr's contract The Las Vegas Raiders and the NFL media subordinates widely reported Carr's Compensation of $121,000,000. For 3 years @ 40 million per year. Derek Carr knew opon signing the contract his first year "base salary" would be 17.5 million + Signing bonus and workout compensation, Not the "average salary" of over 40 million per year, also the way the contract is crafted he's on a one year prove it deal w/ limited injury garentees. So when mark Davis, Dave Siegler, Josh Mcdaniels meet with Derek and his agent @ signing all parties were fully aware evaluations of Derrick Carr's performance and production Would be the main driver if he was to remain the starting quarterback for The Las Vegas Raiders as well as to see full term compensation of his contract.
This is why I have a hard time with the notion Derrick Carr got bench because of Josh Mcdaniels and Dave Ziegler,
My assessment of the situation is Derek Carr's production and performance is far below the "Standard of Excellence" that Mark Davis sets as the franchise standard.
Finally… I don't disagree with the decision to move on from Derek Carr, I wish him all the success in whatever he may pursue.
