  1. For those wondering and I could be mistaken but I believe this child may be autistic and a possible eloper – that could explain why he was in the pond as well as why his parents aren’t visible. Could be wrong, but my son is on the autism spectrum and he has a fascination with water and elopes if the opportunity presents itself. Based on the child’s size and lack of verbal communication in the video – I do believe this may be the case

  3. These are the real true law enforcers we need. True humans to the core whom respect all human life no matter the race. I wish all law enforcers were like these officers. Please give them a promotion, raise and awesome pension.

  4. That boy is terrified, And it has everything to do with the people who "saved" him, You cant run up to a child with a bullet proof vest and a gun on your waist and expect the kid to be all jolly and happy.

  5. Didn't anyone read the notes about this? The child has autism & is quite possibly non-verbal, given the sounds he's making & that he doesn't answer the officer. Stop with the holier-than-though crap about his parents & what they didn't do right. His behaviour & responses will always be different, bless him πŸ™
