The fans came out for the last few races because the last few races were supposed to be "the last race" lol. It's kinda a great example of how nothings an overnight decision. If the last 3yrs attendance been 10yrs Auto Club may have just been a repave. Unfortunately the decision was made before the fans decided to show up.

If the 11 car was taken from him and he lost his sponsor and was used for a couple of years as a test dummy for the other cars after failing to improve to the next round depriving him of several races he could have won. He would be crying and carrying on like he was being bent over with no lube so nothing he says about Kyle has any standing. Not to mention the fact He hasn't ever won a ring. I'm pretty confident that Auto Club will never come back. It's such a shame too because I actually really like the idea of a high banked paperclip style track, it's something we don't have on the schedule and it seems like a really cool idea. Problem is, the rework has been in the works for 5+ years now and absolutely nothing has been done to make it happen. Also knowing California and owning buildings in Cali, it is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE trying to do anything in that state. Just installing a fire alarm requires 15 different departments approval + palm grease money. The track is never coming back in any configuration.
Denny is so jealous over Kyle Bush. He never worked together with Kyle at restrictor plate tracks. Denny is just jealous that Kyle could win 2 championships and he still hasn’t won one.
