Hmm I’ll say it again, I was hoping for a better ending, specifically a more bitter sweet ending, like I’m not sure why we never had a confrontational moment between Devoas and Zelos. They just sort of made up and was back together. I thought the story was building up to a moment where we had to kill our childhood friend as we pursued our quest for revenge… but I guess not. Overall the game was fine and I loved the gameplay but the story really dropped the ball in the last act. It felt like they went for the WoW approach of just having another seen big bad guy be the real puppet master at the end there, which is just a lazy way to set up a conclusion.
