Looks pretty cool, I missed out on a lot of games during the handheld years, need to add this to my list.
Wow. Pretty dissapointed they didn't try to update it. I'll wait for a sale.
Its funny.. i remember people complaining about the original doom 3s flashlight or gun mechanics to the point they removed it an made a permanent light. I always liked these mechanics
What was the price? Still, a lazy port that has done little to improve the game, textures, giro, touchscreen all omitted. Despite its interest I think it’ll be a pass or a deep deep sale
I really liked this game back on the DS, it came at a time when traditional survival horror games were just no longer being made and on the DS of all consoles!?
Sad this isn't a bundle because the second game fixed a lot of the drawbacks of the first game, I see this release as more of a trip down memory lane than something that will stand up to the horror games of 2023.
But in saying that there is something gritty about the dementium games you don't often see, they remind me of them zombie/slasher movies from the 70's & 80's
Hopefully we get the sequel down the road at some point too
This wasn't a game I was expecting to see ported to the Switch. After seeing this review, I'm really glad I bought this on the 3DS eshop just before its closure.
Does this switch version have hd rumble?
Honestly I still have it on my 3ds so if I pick this up it will have to be on s big sale.
This shouls have been remade
Ugh. This looks too scary for me 😖
I am so thankful this got a port to the switch! I never got to play it back in the day, but saw it in Nintendo Power. Now that I’m older and finally into survival horror, I can’t wait to dig into this 😁 Thanks for the review!
I'm really not a fan of being handcuffed to either the flashlight or your weapon. Unless one of your arms are chopped off, then why not utilize both hands?
I don't know why they keep pushing the first game. The sequel is much better.
Played this on the DS in the days. This game is bad, only reason it stood out was cause of lack of fps and mature games on the DS.
Looks good, normaly im more inclined to the first Resident Evil game style that some games tend to use these days
I think they should’ve done a bundle of the first and second one together. The second one has more unique enemies and environments to explore. Both are fun though.
looks like a 2003 pc game.
It's still better than the crappy PC port of the 2nd game.
From ds to 3ds to switch im glad to see its still the same game all throughout
